07/1/2011 09:23 | Guys, I cut loose from GTE earlier this morning, good look everyone. | 6kenny
07/1/2011 07:58 | Thanks Bozzy. The key is Taya investements, they bought 29.9% of Avesco Avs when it all all doom and gloom at 26p in Feb and they are now 130p and they have bought 20% of Dcd late last year so they tend to spot a bargain, i'm expecting a much improved balance sheet this time around, think debt will drop a bit, they have good support from courts. | scott84
07/1/2011 07:20 | Brave buys HSJ, not knowing what price the re-financing will be at! But good luck all the same. | bozzy_s
07/1/2011 02:39 | GTE is way due for a bounce back backed up with my 2 x 50k trades yeasterday @5p, couldnt buy 100k in one go unless i went blind and I have been shafted to many times by the mm's to do that again. intresting little 250k buy at late yesterday i would like to add. good luck all holders :-) | high stock jim
07/1/2011 00:40 | Actually Scott84, I reckon you're on to a winner there. That reminds me of PLA - another small cap very good company which was valued at £7m (c.30p) per share. It was making good profits, but had a dreadful balance sheet full of goodwill and debt. It was pushing the borrowing limits, but managed to get the support of the banks. It has managed to remove a lot of it's debt via profitable trading, and now trades at 2.5x the share price of 6 months ago. I've never bought these, but watched with interest since a fellow LOQ guru (5p to 120p in 5 years) bought in. Sadly I was more like 40 - 60p in LOQ! But AGL has better medium - long term prospects. It's well run, and if any of their ventures goes the distance - they are all within 2-3 years - the company is worth 1000% - 5000% it's current price. | bozzy_s
07/1/2011 00:30 | DCD on the face of it, not too bad at all. Good luck with that one. Shedload of goodwill on the balance sheet = negative net tangible assets = potential funding issues (ala GTE) going forwards. But on the face of it, profitable, and low market cap vs turnover/profit. I'll put that on the radar. There's always a home for profitable/horrible- Amazon Woman was all over AGL last year, and I sold my holding on the back of their ramping. Too early as it turned out! Sold at 24, it went up to 35, but I bought back at 19 recently. The actual progress has been good since then, with no pump/dumpers or traders getting involved to manipulate the share price. It's still under £6m so could attract 'em! | bozzy_s
07/1/2011 00:04 | If it winds you up then that makes me happy :-)) You cannot argue with the fundamentals knowing, you never complained when you held them, bit like Mubl when you used to go mad but when you bought yourself you started to ramp them as well ;-) Are you going to watch the magic special tonight on Itv, Dcd produced that as well ;-)) | scott84
06/1/2011 23:55 | Another DCD ramp. You take the biscuit! | knowing
06/1/2011 23:51 | Not sure what is so safe about Agl ? I rememeber a few weeks of none stop ramping by amazon woman on that one ;-)) Maybe i prefer profits to risk, My Dcd is worth the same as Agl bozzy and that makes 2 mil a year profits with numerous deals on the website but is friendless, i still have faith though. | scott84
06/1/2011 23:44 | It was incredible that I put in a 250k sell order at 5p limit, and it got filled for 5.625p, day after new year. So relieved. But of course someone bought a lot at 5.625p. They're losing at the moment, big time. Everything depends on the price of D-for-E swap. I didn't have time to research who the bondholders are, and how close they are to the company. It goes without saying, if they are mates with the directors, they'll be given very, very favourable terms. Worst case scenario they get warrants for shares at 0.2p each, as per last RNS. Or D-for-E at maybe 1p per share. Dilute existing shareholders out. Best case, D-for-E not involving mates, at 4p, and the company goes forward. There was a 'related-party-trans AGL is a safer, and potentially better multi-bag, bet | bozzy_s
06/1/2011 23:40 | 250k buy late on at 5p delayed. As much as i agree with the bears here there seems to be a lot of large buys in the stock but the price continues to fall so i keep watching but i dont think i'm brave enough to buy blind again before the next rns but somebody seems happy to buy size though. | scott84
06/1/2011 23:26 | D.Y.O.R and please do so beyond my hours of searching through rns's and bb posts when I piled in at 5p. Sadly the next stupid RNS on new year's eve ruined the plan, and some of the clever guys on this BB spotted the funding hole. Some prats suggested 'no bust, no dilution' when the BEST solution for investors was dilution at a good rate! Gdasinv will be here until it's 0.5p spouting 'takeover bid' 'takeover bid'. 'Good PE ratio' 'Good PE ratio'. 'News next week' 'News next week'. Doubled-up posts without any credability, spelling or intelligence. I've seen him on many small cap de-lists before. | bozzy_s
06/1/2011 21:40 | dnfa, it is very possible if they cannot refinannce, then the big boys can buy it off the administrators at a song and make a killing in the future thus leaving pi's high, dry and slightly poorer. | 6kenny
06/1/2011 20:25 | is this going bust? | dnfa1975 |
