Ukaliptus .. it’s an £18mn MCAP AIM business .. which makes it Mickey Mouse . Should have been producing 20,000 ounces last year and increasing through 2023 .. you could not have been in this long to not understand what has and is still going on ? BGL are having a laugh .. zero exposure at this level . GRL were supposed to be self sufficient . Emma is a disaster and needs a great deal of luck ( can’t see she has ability ) to repay the shareholders for their misplaced faith in her guidance.

BGL - with wide interests in the area - may prove to be an ideal partner for GRL. And could well end up as major shareholders. In the past, loans to GRL have been converted to equity.

In addition, BGL - as part of its comprehensive due diligence process, when considering the loan request - will have had access to GRL's books, surveys and drilling/geo-scan reports. And seemingly were satisfied at what they saw!

Mouse comment is meaningless and childish. Try to use more appropriate financial language for a forum such as this.

Fund raising was inevitable and was achieved on an unsecured basis. Cash was always a problem - evidenced by the principals deferring fees.

Now the company has the liquidity to press on with its plans - including making Homase commercially viable and cash generative.

The attraction for the lender is its built-in ability to acquire shares at the current low SP; presumably, BGL sees a profit opportunity there!

She isn't particularly relevant - Bill Trew calls the shots. See today's RSN!

Looking in from the outside the catalog of miss management is remarkable. The level of contradiction for one The missing of already reduced guidance worded in a rns that complete denial.
The big and worrying aspect why is she still in a job

best1467 .. my point with this CEO .. does not deliver anything she says . Should have been sacked when there was no elution facility .. then guidance dropped and not even achieved lower end . It’s just one misleading comment after another . We are relying on luck here but it’s cheap enough to take the risk as long as they are producing enough to pay the bills .

trader465 - I'm kicking the tires on ALTYN right now given 100K ounces. How novel.

Well,
.. If all else fails you'll at least own a part of Australia
.. so you could always 'Invest' in a shovel, head out there
and enjoy your retirement prospecting..

How much of the mine did you buy..?

Some comeback (up 12%) - no wonder there's confusion. Pascale and Trew are a unique combination - they've encountered virtually everything before, and are content to leave their substantial investment in. Next RNS will be a belter....😉. My 3p per share enormous investment (for me; 5 figures!) will, hopefully, let me retire 10 years early.

Agreed, I’ve been slowly accumulating ALTYN.

Ref Bill Trew look what happened to his “jewel in the crown” OXS.

ALTYN a far better bet. £27 million market cap but reliably producing 35,000 oz per annum with low AISC and huge multi million reserves.

Some recent background information on Bill Trew - he certainly seems to have the required experience!

Well I - for one - couldn't avoid splashing in at 3p!!

News is slow, but Bill Trew is a shrewd man with a impeccable record.

It's not the stuff of detailed scientific analysis - but I'm happy with my c4.5p average.

And also to wait....

😏
