The update is a disaster. No further smelting in December 2020 and no prospect of immediate cashflow.

Worse, how do you only just find out that 80% of the gold is still in the leach pile? We do not know why this has only been reported now. It apparently was not known at the placing of £1m on 11 Nov 2021 (GRL would never have got the placing away at the price), nor at the publication of the interims on 2 Dec 2021 ("the CIS plant is operating well and producing loaded carbon at the expected recovery rates"). To be discovered so late in the day is hopelessly negligent management. Once again it apparently does not have control of the detail. (And if it was known earlier, then a false market in the shares was allowed to develop, IMO). This is potentially terminal for PIs in the worst case.

It is unclear whether, how or when the leaching problem will be resolved, or whether it can be resolved for the existing leach stack. I have no idea of the possible chemical scenarios here.

This is going to lead to another placing at a much lower price, IMO, as the lack of cashflow must be becoming critical.

I have lost faith in the management - grand plans but just not in operational control - and sold out entirely.

AISC through the roof. I don't believe they can service the 17% debt and definitely can't meet the gold delivery obligations, hence rapidly increasing the principle that future 17% will be charged on. This could be taken over by AIMS by Easter. ZERO game for PIs. Zero for Trader465!!!

What a muddled report, reeking of omission of accurate detail - and not even proof-read. How do you get from 60kT pm of ore to 25,000 Oz pa?60kT X 1.7g X 20% X 32 X 12 = 7,680 Oz pa. And what was the result of the infill drilling and northern extension exploration? Obviously not interesting enough to report or even say when it would be reported. Is Emma's scrambled brain not up to the job, or are we being fed a careful fabrication?HNY everyone.

Real reason no RNS .. Emma is a puppet for the insider shareholders is more likely and they will tell her when to release news ? All imho . Could just be the usual incompetence ? Shareholders deserve better communication. Another default is more likely

If there's no RNS today then are we supposed to infer that further gold pours have happened and AIMS have been paid their 8kg of gold, on the basis that if the unexpected had occurred then an RNS would have been necessary?

Given the track record of GRL I'd hate to infer anything here.....
