Hey Boris my good friend, I see your SRB is performing as I expected.

Your 100koz production and 600p share price targets over there seem to be getting further away after todays operational review.

“Due to directors family commitments and the re-opening of their local public houses; the Company down grades 2022 guidance from 39koz to 30koz and anticipates that the audited financial results for the Company for the year ended 31 December 2021 will be delayed until the middle of May”

Wasarunner notes-
My notes: call updateToday 13:06
became producer - ups and downs last year both technical & regulatory
ghana has good mining companies goldstone now made it junior miner with a lease (first junior explorer to become producer in Ghana)

gold pour frequency to come - 1 pour every month (one this month)
catch up in Jan/Feb test work for remediation
remediation work to work now results in next couple of months

misjudged some of the key minerals now know how to treat those

will not necessarily announce every month operational update

homase mine (5 pits)
drilling to see if first pit can be extended deeper
second pit commencing end of April/May
infill drilling on third pit (next few weeks then assays in next few months)
2022 output is based on 2 southern pits

next year expand into northern pits

update JORC - will be updated in due course once cashflow moving - drilling - update 2022

Akrokeri can they access old workings
Drilling and trenching along trend - does the trend join up with Homase trend
Clearing old tailings
Drilling soon - rig is on its way (was meant to be today)
Akrokeri was formerly a mine should be a lot of gold left behind
Shareholders driving development on Akrokeri - want to get two operations going

Risks - cost of power / energy fuel costs doubled
New plant/machinery waiting lists due to Covid and the war
Other costs increasing

Confident of making gold loan repayment taking $1m off with the first pours and moving out of default was a key achievement.

Get debt free as soon as possible and eventual goal of chairman and company is to pay dividends.

key takeaways from me:
- firmly believes the recovery issues are resolved and the next couple of months pours should prove that
- debt should be paid off on schedule
- Akrokeri is an exciting second project but will probably result in separate funding if initial and follow up drill results make it viable to do so

Overall this is a company eager to accelerate production and become a proper producer and is not hanging around - hence the drilling campaign underway on Akrokeri already whilst Homase starts to produce commercially.

finally Emma said she would be communicating more now just this has been difficult when they have had the issues as the priorities have been to resolve those issues. She can't communicate ahead of announcements as/when the nomad says so etc. She is in Ghana working at the mine.

Are the rumours about the investigation of AIMS and GRL true. Deliberate delay of pours to default and increase interest and more gift shares? Suspension highly likely if true and who knows. Anyone else heard such rumours. I'm surprised the price hasn't gone back to 2p as they have self declared no news on defaults until Sept, after which they hand over full control to bond holders and PIs get zero.
