31/12/2018 07:58 | On Twitter last night - 10p target price | observer007
30/12/2018 21:38 | It shows they have no stock 'spacedust' plain and simple, they walked it down from 2.2p on no volume. They now refuse to sell you shares below that price, if you can get any good luck! | observer007
30/12/2018 20:31 | It's disgusting that given no shares issued they are not allowing people to buy. If there was a placing then we would have been able to buy millions. They are supposed to create a market. If they just put a permanent block on buys people will get bored to sell and move on. Any funds I can release I will be adding | spacedust
30/12/2018 20:03 | I am expecting a great week here next week, pity it is a holiday time. I noticed as soon as non diluting finance was secured it was impossible to buy, without it they would have had to issue 100m more shares and the market probably thought they would. It shows the two major investors are serious and do not want to dilute their 48% stakes. That £1m loan showed intent. I think it will remain hard to buy and they will have to raise the price significantly, I think we will see 2p+ by the end of the week and 3p-4p cannot be ruled out. Only 32% free float is crucial. | observer007
30/12/2018 13:30 | I fully agree with evrything you said debt collector. If unsaid thus company in 2020 could be 100p plus I'd be done for ramping..... Look at CEY | spacedust
30/12/2018 12:40 | It is very interesting how hard 'Mr Market' is making it to buy shares in GRL since the Co secured non equity related funding last week. I have seen this before in a stock that is tightly held, my expectation is that market participants fully expected Goldstone to go cap in hand to their broker to raise cash (at the usual hideously discounted rate) however the major shareholder Paracale were happy to loan $1.2m at only 6%, more importantly no pressure on GRL to repay until 2022. What this means is the market has been caught offside and my firm belief is the share price will continue to move higher, possibly towards 3p in short time, it hit 4.5p in mid 2016. This company will outperform in 2019 make no mistake, it is on a path towards low cost gold production - junior golds will be a strong sector next year. Get in if you can ! Research. | the_debt_collector
28/12/2018 19:21 | I agree with observer. This could become a billion pound company 9nce production starts and they start selling the gold. | spacedust
28/12/2018 15:48 | Managed to get a few more at 1.49p, now nothing available, the loan means there will be no short/mid term dilution, that is great news! A well managed company, can see this far far higher during next year, anything under 2p is a gift IMO. | observer007
28/12/2018 15:07 | Well if you want the stock one has to pay 1.475p as there is little about and 1.5p will be the new offer I suspect. | anley
28/12/2018 14:42 | I forgot to mention that on a close look the management and certain large holders as well as brokers clients hold over 60% of the shares in issue and there are quite a number who bought in the 2017 Placing at 1.5p so expect some selling if the price reaches that level. With a JORC resource of 600,000 oz there is all to play for in 2019...........but I think many will have to be careful if they want to buy as Internet Brokers are poor and so use a live broker but you will have to pay just a little more for this service. | anley
28/12/2018 12:00 | Remember centamin Egypt when they were a penny stock. Grl will come good I've been in this since 2009 been badly mutilated along the way but now production is in the pipelines ...... | spacedust
28/12/2018 11:10 | Broken record I know but yet again cannot buy anything online, they will have to raise the price IMO to allow people to buy. Goldstone are sitting near a world class gold mine, recent news suggests they have great grades near surface, looks hideously undervalued at £3.5m market cap, look at GGP with a £50m+ market cap, they don't even have a JORC. At 5p a share the Co would only be valued at £12.5m | observer007
28/12/2018 10:49 | Anley people like to scare longer people. Always doom and gloom. Eveything is rising. No more end of days scenario. | spacedust
28/12/2018 10:30 | I've been in since 2009 so will gladly hold | spacedust
28/12/2018 07:29 | Great news, explains why it was so hard to buy, back to 2p+ IMO | observer007
28/12/2018 07:17 | RNS $1.224m loan secured at only 6% interest + warrants that could, if converted, bring in another $1m. With no dilution ahead and the project goal, gold production, drawing closer, this will re-rate. Buy! | the_debt_collector
27/12/2018 16:55 | It is in the interest of the largest shareholder and related parties to see the projects through to fruition and for them the working capital is not that great for them to absorb. There will be interest to pay but so be it. The company has a Twitter account but with not a great deal of followers. Nevertheless its helpful and mirrors what the management is activily doing once the loan is in place. Please look at all the principal shareholders as only 32% approx is owned by outside shareholders and any loose stock has been mopped up by the market. This actually makes it very easy to find out who is short and that would/may be a result of the placing done in 2017 at 1.5p per share so there may be stock to come out at a slightly higher level..........we shall have to see. Hope this helps as I notice that some posters back a year ago no longer post and a few recent ones as well..........always a good sign if readers do some basic research before buying. | anley
27/12/2018 15:22 | anley Thank you for your appraisal - the bulletin boards are full of loons - it seems you are not one of them. With the greatest respect I feel you - nor your broker - would know of these short positions if they are out there - I have come across CEO's who have tried to establish whether their stock is being shorted - with no success. These matters are closely guarded - it is rare - given the nature of such practice - the entities would declare even to established brokers - often some brokers are party to such events also. If you are Twitter savvy you may have noticed a number of companies are 'fighting back' against such practice - I believe Goldstone is one of them. Do you not consider it odd - in a stock that has lost 60% since July - it is impossible to buy in any size - now why do you think that is - I have drawn my own conclusions ! I would assume there is not long to wait to see if the loan has been granted - if it comes we may or may not see a classic bear squeeze. | wealth_creator
27/12/2018 15:15 | This will jump towards 3p very quickly | spacedust
27/12/2018 15:12 | Thanks Anley Has anyone had any luck getting a decent size? I'm still getting buy prices for 2.2p for 50k | spacedust
27/12/2018 14:18 | WC.......please do not critise anyone when you have not met them or no anything about them. I started as a Blue Button on the LSE in 1960 then went in to investment banking and fund management but retired in 1970 after working on our entry in to the EU. Since then I have been on two quoted boards and wrote their prospectus. Enough of that.......I have been buying Goldstone since late September when I met the head of the new management team. So from 1.3 down to 0.9p I have managed to buy quite a lot by removing surplus stock from time to time........there were no shorts otherwise they would have been caught out by my broker who by the way has had over 50 years in stock broking.......I hardly use IT its still by phone. I do not invest unless I can see and understand the management and here we have a case of a new team cleaning up a real mees left over by the old team and its going well even if some stale bull posters do not think so. I hope this is helpful and if you want an example of what I do not invest in take a look at FCRM..where the management is most unhelpful. | anley
27/12/2018 12:41 | Why would it be a protected short position? Do you think it's coz of the loan? Issue cheap shares to pinnacle? For the loan? | spacedust
27/12/2018 12:37 | I think WC may have a point, the last thing they want is to allow buyers if there is a short position they want to protect. It could get interesting here. I tried buying on Monday (I know it was a short day) and today and there is nothing available, I would happily take 500k of shares. | observer007
27/12/2018 12:23 | At some point they will need to spike the price to have some free float. It's stupid that no shares are available to buy.....mms are there to make a market | spacedust |
