There is only a small free float with small shareholders and as I mentioned its all in the hands of the 2 large shareholders.

Do they want to put the funds up and keep control OR...

Do they not mind being diluted...

Then there is the price and I think it will be on the low side - say 1p and that will be a huge dilution factor if they allow the small and new shareholders to come in.

Something has to happen so sit back and wait.

I am not a pessimistic just a realistic............lets look at the facts:

Co needs £6m so how do they get that when 60% of the issued shares are controlled by a smallish number of serious investors?

What price will shareholders be prepared to pay for this phase of operations which is all done on the surface but as I have just said requires £6m of new capital.

Do you want me to go on especially as the brokers to the company have NO fire power and should be sacked. What is the point in having a so called adviser who can't do his job and raise the funds for the company to expand?

Tell me what you would like to see and how the company can get its capital?

The question is HOW MUCH CAPITAL are you looking for to start the new plan?

Up to £6m and how will that be raised when you have two controlling shareholders?

GRL have no income yet, so the investment case here is purely speculative. I’ve only a small position but will build if news flow turns positive

Really.........I would say sooner............especially with GOLD at $1500 and a troubled world wide currency problems with rates at zero making banking an unprofitable sector.
Even the mighty USA interest rates are heading for zero...................

I thought we would be a gold miner now. They said 18months to becoming a gold mining company from a gold explorer back in January 2018

Gold price on the move so it just makes what GRL has in the ground more valuable.
