Results of AGM and adjournment of meeting

Goldplat (AIM: GDP), the AIM quoted gold producer with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions were duly passed except that the business relating to the first resolution, being: "To receive the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2021", was adjourned until 11:30 on Monday, 24 January 2022 at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 5PS.

The adjournment is to ensure sufficient time has elapsed between the posting to shareholders of the report of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the Company and the consideration of the resolution.

Proxies that have been submitted for the Annual General Meeting will remain valid for the adjourned meeting and you do not need to submit a new proxy unless you wish to change how your proxy should vote. However, you may continue to submit a proxy form for the GM up to 11:30 on Thursday, 20 January 2022. Proxy forms must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set out in the notice of meeting dated 2 December 2021.
