You have the opportunity to exercise your warrants on the last business day of November for the next 3 years. If you were to exercise at the end of November next year you will pay yesterday's NAV + 5%. If you were to exercise them in November 2019 you'd pay yesterday's NAV + 10%. Similarly, if you waited until Nov 2020 you'd pay yesterday's NAV + 20%. The actual price per share were listed on today's RNS, but I don't have that to hand. They will also hold a value and will be tradable. It's a great deal if you think gold is in for a strong couple of years. Either way, no harm in sitting on the subscription shares just in case.

See coin Base is restricted the amount of bit coin you can sell the opposite is happening with GPM you cannot buy any to sell,strange old world no manipulation with the gold price then when refiners cannot buy enough physical gold to melt down and sell.

Yes it is possible to buy more shares ahead of the ex date and then sell afterwards.
Often not much to be gained by doing it though.

This is an interesting announcement a day after they announced the same for GCL. Certainly interest has perked up here over the last few trading days and the share price has firmed.

Wonder if the share price will rise up to 20 December if enough investors decide to buy shares in order to qualify between now and 20 December.

Is it possible to buy more shares on the 20th in order to obtain more subscription rights - then sell those shares the following day?

Can't buy any more than 1,500 shares online at the moment without trying a fill or kill

as of end august, report below said "West African Resources remains
the largest holding and continues to deliver positive drill results from their permitted mine in Burkina Faso"



west african resources was up 8.5% overnight! (and up 25% on the week!!)

He's right. The CEO of AUY has been taking a king's ransom out of his company regardless of performance for several years.

I like MUX where I think McEwen gets a single dollar a year and his company has no debt and does not hedge. He holds many millions of his own shares. They did a fund raising recently though and this knocked the life out of them regardless of the quality of the assets that they bought with the money.

We could be on the verge of a significant rally in gold and silver stocks. Someone has come in and bought several HUI stocks in size this morning. There's is also a crazy spike in the USD:JPY. Crazy because when this turn it will provide the juice for the rally in gold and silver.
