Posted at 27/4/2022 07:26 by w1lbur01 Yes pleasantly surprised they will re start the dividend policy |
Posted at 27/4/2022 07:22 by its the oxman Yes, all quite encouraging and good news on dividend. Scope for plenty more recovery here. |
Posted at 17/3/2022 10:47 by its the oxman Back over 1000p hopefully. Current distressed level not justified if fine is sorted at acceptable level and forecast pe 5 and div 10% for 2023 suggests strong recovery or gog gets taken out. Hold tight for me. |
Posted at 11/12/2021 07:33 by sanks I believe GOG are now perceived as a risky bet..hence the trust factor in this stock has gone.On that basis and the fact that suspension is looming, Level 4 has this dripping towards £1.30. That's where I have an entry target on risk reward basis. Hope this helps Sanks..with a level 4 target of £1.30 |
Posted at 09/12/2021 11:11 by yorked Former holder here and was in GOG twice before, overall made a small profit, but sold out last time for a loss when they were stripped off the Southeastern franchise. It is a hard time for GOG and share holders as it was also reported on London Evening Standard two weeks ago that Go-Ahead is facing £73m lawsuit for overcharges on Southeastern rail fees...... Posted at 11/11/2021 14:27 by brad1 Oh my gog how is this above £5 |
Posted at 23/9/2021 07:05 by hawfinch That bid from NEX has potentially saved GOG in the short-term. Market is realising SGC can never be 50m+ more in MC than GOG, the gap needs to be closed. Also national bus stats out tomorrow. |
Posted at 21/9/2021 10:38 by chester9 Yes GOG 8.60 and NEX 2.20 last week. The trend had to turn. NEX management are a really good team and GOG at a third of original pre pandemic value? I have taken the optimistic view that COVID worst is over. That said footfall to big city centres is still tough. Birmingham, London, Manchester, Glasgow all down 30% on 2019. Never use last year it's nonsense on nonsense. Unlike many on This app I use buses to get around sometimes. With bus apps it's easy. Observationally the school kids are back in numbers but central London only slowly improving. I was always coming back at these prices but I may be too early we will see. GLA |
Posted at 31/8/2021 10:06 by linton5 They have promised dividend reinstatement since COVID 2020 it’s one of the very few who haven’t paid out yet,gog was a cracking divi share for along time |
Posted at 08/6/2021 08:35 by hawfinch It’s a weird one. If we compare it with SGC (using previous interim results) we get the following (high lvl view):SGC bottom line: 4.4. GOG bottom line: 16.2 SGC revenue: 454.6 GOG revenue: 2,070.2 SGC book value: -117.2 GOG book value: 250.6 SGC total debt: -1,720 GOG total debt: -1,776.2 SGC MC: 496m GOG MC: 517m I mean, this is a short SGC & long GOG play – even though GOG is in rolling stocks. |
