Correct Stewart.
CEO needs to walk, and not get her payoff because she has failed.
Abject failure should not be rewarded.
She has had plenty of time now.

And that's the point now, Essential, credibility and trust have gone.

We really need a new CEO and a new Chairman. The 'leadership' is the big issue at the moment.

GSK might come up with some corker drugs, and they might get the vaccine right with Sanofi, but the leadership has been found wanting.

Why would you split the company.
Each part would be worth small change to a competitor - another great British company gets swallowed up.
Only wondering - have started following this as it appears oversold charts wise.
Don't hold any stock... thankfully!

the only reason this is going down is because there is a large overhang of income-orientated funds selling in expectation of the dividend being cut and the company being split into 2. Always happens prior to a split.
