24/6/2021 09:46 | You're posting tripe that you don't even believe yourself. I can't see the point in that but bulletin boards are full of people who do that. If they were not anonymous, and everyone had to be verified and public we'd have better debates and discussions. | alex1621
24/6/2021 09:31 | No,I have a duty to remind you of Elliots Fake news. | abdullla

23/6/2021 23:35 | Vaccine market could open up really big for GSK, with winter flu and other new variants of the Covid-19 likely over the next few years, and remember some pharmas are currently providing Covid-19 vaccine at cost. Other new medicines may well assist countries to manage with new pandemic break-outs, and again GSK may well have some near term solutions to help. I take the presentation as modestly positive, and would add on any shift lower in the share price as may well happen. | cyberian
23/6/2021 23:26 | To sum up today's events, Old GSK is to become New GSK doing drugs and demerge New Consumer Healthcare selling toothpaste. Old GSK with about £34B revenues pays what everyone thinks is an unsustainable 80p dividend. New GSK will offload debt to New CH and use the capital boost to drive growth up to £33B revenues by 2031 paying a progressive dividend starting at 43p in FY23. New CH will have sales of about £10B but will be carrying extra debt, and will pay tbd dividend, maybe around 10p? Or get bought up. Do I get shares in both New GSK and New CH, what is the tax-efficient restructuring plan ... and am I happy with this strategy, is the growth plan exciting enough, deliverable, is it worth holding for the divis until demerger mid 2022? (Answers on a postcard please) | marktime1231
23/6/2021 23:06 | Just 10 seconds or less near an infected person means you breathe in the virus In Queensland Australia the Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young said while 15 minutes of close contact with an infectious person was deemed concerning at the start of the pandemic it was now a mere five to 10 seconds. " There seems to be evidence the Delta variant is more prone to aerosol transmission than some of the other variants " Explaining the term 'fleeting contact', something that has quickly become household terminology at daily Covid-19 press conferences, Professor Mullins said people were contracting the virus by simply walking through someone's exhaled breath. We need to kill it in the air where it spreads from infected individuals to others via aerosol in their breath in indoors settings and public transport The use of UVC and Far-UVC LED's in light units and Air Con/HVAC systems to KILL these mutations within seconds --- is our only chance of any sort of normal life It is to be hoped that politicians realize this and spend the money to get the job done imo dyor | buywell3
23/6/2021 22:08 | ========= A New Variant to follow Delta means wave number 5 in the fall ======== The Delta variant is now in the process of replacing the UK variant as the Global dominant strain in this present wave of cases of Covid-19 New Waves are now coming at a rate of 1 every 4 months Whilst vaccines have to date proved effective at minimizing hospital admissions , people can still acquire a milder case of Covid-19 Unfortunately studies are now emerging that show brain damage is occurring to such people ie asymptomatic cases --- as well as hospitalized cases The data shows circa 25% of people that contract Covid-19 may have suffered brain damage to various degrees --- dementia being cited as a long COVID problem in this regard -------------------- A new variant presently referred to as Delta Plus has just started to spread from India to various countries including the UK and USA This variant looks set to follow on circa 5 months from now to become the next global dominant strain of this ever changing virus Unfortunately a mutation it contains looks like it will give it enhanced vaccine escape potential in addition to enhanced transmissibility --- it is almost like the virus is learning how to change to survive what we are doing to prevent it doing so. -------------------- We need to kill it in the air where it spreads from infected individuals to others via aerosol in their breath in indoors settings and public transport The use of UVC and Far-UVC LED's in light units and Air Con/HVAC systems to KILL these mutations within seconds --- is our only chance of any sort of normal life It is to be hoped that politicians realize this and spend the money to get the job done imo dyor | buywell3
