In the gsk boardroom they will not be considering it irrelevant! Focuses attention wonderfully. The bottom line is they see the value in the stock and will stir things up to create value if the company fails to get there under its own steam. Just ride on the coattails imo

News of the dividend cut is obviously trickling out - bigger than expected?
Do we think thee will be an RNS announcement at 12 outlining the content?
It seems unlikely that market sensitive news will not be released in a formal statement before the presentations start.
