Watched the first hour. Although I'm still tempted to dump a big part of my holding, there is a chance that if even two thirds of what they're promising pays off, we will see a good re-rating in the next couple of years. Was interesting to see the camera hone in on Emma as she said 'I'm very aware GSK shares have underperformed for a long period'; they've clearly been practising that bit!

Above 1470 resistance and a big gap up to 1742p, this should play out over the coming quarters imo dyor as usual

Don't you see a mini dip potential on a more considered opinion over the next 24hrs?.
Would agree with some of the comments in that it's a very positive spin but
perhaps lacking concrete foundations somewhat?.

Perhaps I'm being a tad too cautious.

I would say the larger gap is 14-19, so a good 35% gain possible on a blue chip. These can be good trades. BT similar/greater recovery over last 6 months. And neither in any risk of going bankrupt.

Well, the market likes it, for now. Glad I held off selling - but it was a very, very close call, in truth. Hope you are right Brucie!
Need to reflect on this one beyond short term thinking. Hopefully we go on a little run northwards while I ponder.... GLA.

Well this is a turn up, and would seem to confirm the chart reversal. Much more bullish now as it's really declared good support at 14, above the 200sma. I'm thinking that 15 could be quite effortless, with 16 the next real line of resistance.

A Russian warship has opened fire on the Royal Navy destroyer HMS Defender in the Black Sea, the Russia's defence ministry has said.
According to the Russians the HMS Defender had entered Russian waters in the Black Sea and a Russian jet
dropped bombs in its path.
