08/9/2021 11:52 | I think we will have to look at the revenue of the "original business" and revenue adj for acquisitions, same with cash flow and "profits" I do expect overall negative cash flow even if the original business turned the corner ( and that must be said if so - not hidden in the new whole ) as there is a lot of activity ongoing which costs most at the start - until done and chewed If their report will start with the tech achievements, views etc - no good sign indeed | kaos3
08/9/2021 11:02 | Magpie - results will be released in October, as they were last year (as recently confirmed by CEO). If guidance has not been met we would have been told so nothing to panic about IMHO. I think the website acquisitions are being undertaken as GFIN is having great success at taking small profitable companies and making them better and more profitable. The digital media channel seems to be the driver for revenues and is relatively low cost so GFIN seem to be currently prioritising this area of the business. That's what successful companies do - they have a number of opportunities and focus resources on the areas that are performing the best. Today is good news | shandypants2
08/9/2021 09:18 | GFIN were supposed to have been well into EBITDA+ territory by now. (please don't spout on about the pandemic thing, as lockdown got everyone sitting indoors in front of screens..ought to have been perfect for GFIN) All these 'acquisitions', imo, are beginning to look like smokescreens.. obscuring lack of any significant revenue. Just lots of activity, page views etc etc, and now, lord have mercy, 'twitter followers'! Please, no more foraging for titbits: just deliver profits, from what you already have. | 2magpies
08/9/2021 08:00 | For the year ended 31 December 2020, SiegeGG reported unaudited revenues of $0.1 million and profit before tax of c$40k. It had net assets on 31 December 2020 of $68k. the previous owners of SiegeGG, will be issued with 9.0 million new ordinary Gfinity shares in consideration for the Acquisition. The founder(s) will also be entitled to an annual payment of 30% of revenues generated by SiegeGG, Think Siege have had a result 9 mil x 0.04p =360K plus 30% revenues 2 years Also think its a win for GF | charlie9038
08/9/2021 07:57 | The figures from the bought company up to December are nothing but the £400k initial consideration seems reasonable. Once again it is what GFIN can do with it that matters. Very often a new small business struggles after early success, both buyer and seller realise what can be achieved here. I think this strategy is perfect for GFIN, and they should grow into a very big outfit. GLA | parsons4

08/9/2021 07:11 | on the roll GFIN as a consolidator is offering 1. monetization 2. spreading of the techs through GDM 3. a tribe home to the like minded small creators what we need now is the proof that the small add on buying strategy works in the real life in getting multiples of revenues and customers compared to the original purchase state of the bought Co | kaos3
