The announcement was made at 5.11pm, so after the maket closed. I wonder how many like me, missed it and hence didn't have the opportunity to participate in the Primary Bid.

They said 'The Company is also conducting a placing and direct subscription of new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price by way of an accelerated bookbuild process (the "Placing") as announced earlier today.'

I can only see two announcements one at 17.10 and the other at 17.11

I will watch but not buy - seer used on stocks is a little too much even for myself. but one never knows - so I ll observe

erik - and you can have a look at GFIN - solid development of the business, cash flow positive on operational levels, no outstanding warrants left (only a few), solid base on the chart, first class international clients, high growth, high margin business, low capital intensive, addictive business, can handle economic storms imho, integrated into the future world tech economy developments etc etc

GFIN is developing its business just as I like it - core business with superb add-ons. They seem to attract industry insiders as a place to sell and join the GFIN family - as they are often paid in shares.

Cross selling, spreading the reach, exchanging the tech etc....

so far - made in heaven - as far as I am concerned. And this acquisition - no monetization "problem" as well.

You are getting very repetitive with inaccurate statements on the warrants, so a couple of days in the sin bin for you which should give you some time for reflection.

For the record, I picked up some warrants in the last placing and excercised them in April, I still hold all the shares acquired in the warrant exercise.

FFS G for G your constant posting re warrants is getting tiresome. Let's look at the evidence. As per accounts 30/6/20 it is stated that there were 725m shares in issue plus another 203.7m warrants. Since then we've had regular RNSs for big warrant exercises (e.g. 29/3/21 80m were exercised, generating £800k for the company).
On 29/4/21 10m were exercised and at that time 887m shares were in issue. We now have 931m shares in issue so it appears another c40m have been exercised.
Between the 725m in June 2021 and the 931m shares in issue today it appears most, if not all, of the warrants have now been exercised (some of the shares may be employee options etc). Final exercise date is 20/10/20 BTW
