20/5/2021 09:30 | On 30 April 2021, Gfinity (LSE: GFIN) revealed that it has acquired Drawnite.com, a Fortnite-focused fan site and interactive map. The deal adds to Gfinity’s network of Fortnite content, which currently attracts over 500,000 users per month. The new features will be integrated into Gfinity’s existing Fortnite offering. The site will also be fully monetised by Gfinity’s advertising partner, Venatus. Talal Musa, head of Gfinity Media, said that the deal will “help them to drive growth and revenue opportunities within the Fortnite community”. We see the news as positive for Gfinity. To us, it will help the business to grow, and keep it on track to achieve its revenue target of £2 million in the period 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021. | charlie9038 | |
