I also sold out today, but with a decent profit (it could have been so much more, but for procrastination), as my last buy was at 52p. 90M shares at 42p coming on stream when the re-financing is signed, sealed and delivered in two months time, is just too big an opportunity for the bondholders to not take advantage of. Clearly, there's more money to be made selling short now, buying back at 42p and then taking the ride back up from whatever lowest low the shorters can achieve. That, plus the chart which clearly says "sell", is a reason to be out of this until early May. By then the share price could have sunk to, or lower than, the last low of 49p, at which point it will be a great buying opportunity.

Just look at what can happen when the men in Black decide to let it go , matd ...now valued at 1/2 of genl with only £10 million and and a none producing asset , it has risen fro 3p when I bought and now 34p (I sold at 15p) so patience required if you belief in the company/management !

Kulvinder..have been buying more of Premier oil now that they have refinanced and the oil price is going up.it seems a good investment.


also got some parkmead.


have started spreading my risks.
not be too attached to 1 share like i was before..


i was obessed with Genel..
but now not anymore.useless management.
how can they take the price down from £10 to 75p..a total disgrace.
all of them should be sacked.

look at raneri they sacked him.
these Directors have got it too cushey.
they all belong to 1 club which is the FREEMASONS.

this is a different kettle of fish to afren and gkp..

it has 2 good assets miran gas and tawke field and 1 bad asset taq taq field.


we still await the final drilling results.

I hope you are right 24p, that it will never go that low, but I still have nightmares about GKP, YELL/HIBU, AFR etc etc.

still hold 35000 shares..just reducing my risk in this..held nearly 50k at one stage.
its march 30th which is doing my head in.
we know the results are going to be bad with the writedowns.

i cannot see it reaching that level..

may hit 60p-65p if results are really really bad.
