04/12/2016 19:44 | Sparky, my apologies, I got the dates mixed up, the conference does start tomorrow and goes on until Wednesday. Looking at the schedule, it looks as though Talabani and Hawrami will be speaking in the morning (09:00-10:15) and the IOCs late morning (11:00-13:00). Amongst the IOC speakers will be Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani (Executive Chairman DNO), Murat Özgül (CEO Genel) and Ferrier from GKP. It'll be interesting to hear the language they use when referring to the lack of cash that has been forthcoming, especially the DNO guy who has been fairly forthright in the past. | amaretto
04/12/2016 19:07 | i'm accumulating in the 70's and 80's and lower if I can get it- looking to build up a stake of close to 100k shares and hold for somewhere between 150p-200p. I wish I could say 500p but I don't see it unless geopolitical things sort themselves out and oil was at $120. | utrecht_00
04/12/2016 13:42 | Those complain of not getting paid you must have known that was the problem when you bought it as clearly this is undervalued. The value will come out when there is more payments and political certainty demanding the world should change just because you bought a share to me is childish. If you bought in at the much much higher values of £6 £7 then my condolences but I don't think those prices are going to be reached anytime soon. My stance was requested by someone. I started on GENL as a speculative investment hoping the PoO would raise the price I have since read more on the subject and observed more closely the share movements and am now trading the share, I don't do shorts, as I don't see its position changing for a little while massively in the positive direction I only see movements of 10 or 20% up and down so am trading and if by chance it rerates I might be holding at the time so happy days. I write what I think positive or negative to see if anyone can argue the opposite with logical arguments so I can learn more but am mostly disappointed. I get bored with constant moaning of why is the world so unfair etc and rampers and derampers so filter those. How's that anyone else want to be honest on what they are doing? | pogue |
