U.S. West Texas Intermediate and international-benchmark Brent crude oil futures settled higher on Tuesday after the American Petroleum Institute reported a surprise crude oil draw.On Tuesday, December WTI Crude Oil settled at $71.76, up $0.15 or +0.21% and January Brent Crude Oil closed at $81.04, up $0.61 or +0.75%.According to the API, U.S. crude inventories fell by 2.13 million barrels during the week-ending October 12. Analysts were looking for an inventory build of 2.167 million barrels.

From a DOW and PoO PoV (see them go) and the fact that this went from c250 to 220 after two booming RNSs, I`d say we should test 238 again tomorrow...Trouble is a great deal can happen between now and 8am!! :)

To be honest from a technical point of view we've not really achieved much. Over bought on the 15 min chart with the daily chart resistance around 238 and then we can start talking a shift in trend. Still good to have a double bottom, probably need some consolidation early tomorrow with another afternoon charge.
