Madness, picked up another 5k at 2.29Holding 45k now 40k at 90p 5k at 2.29 nowhere can I find another stock so lowly valued , churning out cash, net cash position and so much potential to double current production within a year or two.Never mind the huge gas project.Investors are mad to overlook or sell Genel at the moment it has never looked better.

Exciting Isn’t it !!!!

So in Bina Bawi we have 34 million barrel of 2P (proven and probable). We can truck the stuff about 18 miles up the road to Taq Taq whilst we consider building
a pipeline.

The first well, the BB 3 will immediately produce 3500 BOPD within 6 months of the get go.

Then we kick on to the 2nd phase and ramp up to 10-15k BOPD.

All very high quality light oil which will fetch top dollar.

At current prices this 15k could well be worth somewhere around 40$ a barrel to us.

15,000 x 40$ x 365 days= I make that 219$ million a year.

Important points. We know the gigantic volumes and we have the gas sales agreement price of $1.20 per 1,000 cubic feet supplied for processing.

I previously did calculations which came up with plateau gas production gross revenues of £400 m Sterling p.a .

Where to for us next ??

For me its "steady as she goes". Just carry on exactly as we are.

Keep the Taq Taq, Tawke and Pesh drills going as fast and as often as they can and make even get another Peshkabir rig.

In the next couple of month get Bona Bia agreed and kick that one off.

All the others can wait for 6 monthsish when we have a decent war chest to go to town with.

If Somaliland is promising flog most off and become minority partner and of course when the situation is right for us kick off the Gas project.
