PROBLEM.....LOTS TO LOSE as the VALUE odf sale will be MUCH LESS THAN 6p..

lots to loose....GOAL have big problems in NOT making SALES....

value less than 6p....sorry guys but you have lost a LOT....

LOL! i bloody knew it. With that much cash they had to be a target. And the directors not buying was a giveaway. Well done to all who bought on my recomendation, you should be looking for around 15p per share IMHO.

Suspension announcement


The Company has noted that its share price has steadily risen over the last
week.


The Company announces that it is at an advanced stage of negotiations for the
acquisition of the business and certain assets and liabilities of the
examinations board of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Commercial
Education Trust. This would be classified as a reverse takeover, which would
result in a cancellation of listing and an application for the enlarged entity
to seek admission for its shares to be traded on AiM.


In light of the share price movement the Company has requested a temporary
suspension of trading of its shares.


The Company proposes to make a further announcement in due course.

Well, the spread goes from .5p to 2p, that should kill it. Could be profit takers around. You dont get a stock to rise 100% in 2 weeks that often.

There is a major shortage of shares to trade. Thats why the price has moved so far with very little volume. If it carries on like this we could see 20p, 30p, 40p.
