Afternoon Dave TH. Rough diamond market is on a downer. Petra pulled their June auction. Presumably the sale handlers sounded the alarm bells on lack of buyers. Petra issued statement saying best interests of shareholder to postpone sale and look to autumn. Clearly Petra are a very odd sort of company doing things ' in the interests of shareholders'. Not a phrase we're familiar with here.

Main issue is board and management. It's run for their purposes not ours. 600,000 shares awarded for last year's performance in collapse of shareholder value. At the same time no divi. No reason for withdrawing divi unless there is stuff they are hiding in which case they're in breach of law and listing.
I have long suspected the plan is to drive the share price lower and lower then try and MBO to take it private.

No reason for withdrawing divi unless there is stuff they are hiding in which case they're in breach of law and listing.
