As you've researched.You will already know that hasina has specifically stated that gcm must prove proof they can 'source' project capex which will cover the building of the mine, mine mouth, infrastructure, and ONE of the three proposed power stations.The price of that is 700m + 3bn = 3.7bn dollars.She has stated they will not even look at the proposal without there being details of that capex and the sources.Keep up with the game....why do you think nothing is submitted yet?
