You dont care who dyani is?You dont care that it was paid in excess of 5 million quid so far, for doing what the board were also paid to do.You dont care about the huge dilution of shares to them and to polo for the loan notes to finance all this cash outflow to an unknown destination.You dont care about giving around 70% of gcm shares to these guys.You cant be as stupid as you sound, surely.
