07/7/2014 16:00 | I'm also sticking with mine - as is a mate of mine who holds. The nonsense written about market disinterest is just that; they appear to have no problem raising cash from the banks, but would prefer to keep future profits to themselves. Bottom drawer perhaps, but could one day be a rather nice surprise. | ![]() biggerthus
07/7/2014 15:57 | Bron,I'm definitely holding, been here too long to jump ship just prior to project completion. Somewhat reassured to see someone picking up the odd batch of 100k of shares, might be AB. Waiting to hear back from mr B before hopefully purchasing more. I was hoping to use some of my vast OEX profit but hey ho one day. | teraferma
07/7/2014 15:43 | Gjd000.maybe that's why heard nothing about the malta deal ,no figures ,no projected earnings but make no mistake to get that deal ahead of some serious consortiums was no mean feat and the gas supply to west Africa will be worth big bucks ....Why delist now at this stage ,why not when they first had access to the 100 mill bonds facility.May have to forget about the investment for a few years ,but at these prices future dividends would be an attractive pension addition. | ![]() bronislav
07/7/2014 15:36 | That's where i'm at Bronislav.....It wouldn't surprise me if the hoovering up isn't being done by the other larger shareholders at these depressed prices. Of course there is always a risk that once the delisting is done and the share ownership situation is clear that a complete takeover, i.e. forced sale of shareholding, may take place......but at what price???? Let's also be clear. The only reason a company wants to be aim listed is to gain access to market money. If they do not need to raise cash by selling stock, they are in a better position....... | gjd000
07/7/2014 15:15 | ...Terraferma.i notice someone is hoovering a few up.Everything gasol has been working on is in my view about to progress so although the aim listing is gone maybe a holding may not be such a bad idea. What are your thoughts? | ![]() bronislav
07/7/2014 15:08 | Is anyone prepared to buy an hold at these prices? Anyone going to GM? | teraferma
30/6/2014 06:54 | I'm hanging in to be honest. Very little point in cashing out at this time...... | gjd000
29/6/2014 22:21 | Well the major private shareholder and the the BOD obviously think there is a lot of value in the company that they prefer not to share with oiks like us ... oh, and the banks that are willing to provide them with credit 10x the MC also seem to agree. So if you can wait 5-10 years or so then that value may become apparent. Otherwise sell now for the pittance on offer ... or should that be the pittance on the bid? | ![]() biggerthus
29/6/2014 21:54 | I can't see any benefit in PI's voting. We are in such a minority it is a waste of time. This thing is done. Best we can hope for is to either take the loss now or hope that someone wants to clear us out at a premium at some point in the future. | gjd000
29/6/2014 19:24 | I can't see any benefit for PI's voting yes to a delist. | teraferma
19/6/2014 12:22 | I was never invested here but was outraged by yet another example of AIM maleficence. Are you trapped in YCO also? | ![]() acta_topup
19/6/2014 12:17 | Acta.i cannot disagree and share your sentiments .I seem to be finding myself in most of your investments ,I hope you are to bring me luck ,those investments are looking good so maybe its more than luck and more down to good research or perhaps a bit of both. | ![]() bronislav
19/6/2014 11:58 | I hold YCO - 2 years on, zero progress on the profit front despite lavish advertising in the FT etc and clear evidence of increased sales/rental. A recent interview suggests that the directors continue to treat the company as their personal bank account and they have a very jolly time at shareholders' expense globetrotting around the world and living the high life. Dividends??? never. Exit strategy??? why would you kill the golden goose? The system as it stands really is absolutely disgusting | ![]() acta_topup
19/6/2014 08:25 | Acta.. I held Sunderland shares when they announced their delisiting... They halved to 30p... A broker causally told me just to dump them for all the reasons you state.... Which I just followed as I assumed he knew what he was talking about....Within 18months they were taken out at 100p...Not encouraging people to hold but there are two sides.... | foxx999
18/6/2014 16:21 | You will not be able to keep this holding in your SIPP, transfer is not possible or extremely difficult (depends who you use), unfortunately they have forced you to sell at this distressed level and yes - I thought that the statement about PI's holding for months was particularly misjudged or arrogant (depending upon how you look at it) | ![]() acta_topup
18/6/2014 16:17 | Hi I have held years, and seen the value drop, in the belief that in the long term this company was onto a winner. Gas has to be the way to go. The connections it has with Afren and Dr Lukman, this Company would eventually succeed! Statements such as 'Gasol is committed to creating value for its shareholders. Transparent and up-to-date, these pages provide important information for stakeholders and potential investors. If you require more detailed information, please contact our Investor Relations team' only reinforce the conviction that the Company would eventually see the share price rise, as opposed to the gradual drifting we have have seen. Maybe the private shareholders should get together, as the Directors do not appear to have been acting in 'good faith' for ALL the shareholders. The main shareholders obviously see value in the investment, pity the small, and many loyal shareholders. | ![]() racinglad

17/6/2014 16:35 | That is why anyone sensible will use this opportunity to sell - I have been there, so I know | ![]() acta_topup
17/6/2014 16:34 | Any profits will be siphoned into loss making "ventures" or will be negated by "overheads". You will have no recourse to challenge the company. You are extremely unlikely ever to receive a dividend. If the company's value increases you will not be able to monitise that gain | ![]() acta_topup
17/6/2014 16:24 | Surely anyone holding their shares will benefit from an increase in value or dividends further down the line even though it no longer has a listing on aim.Be interesting if there is any buying once the bailers have gone ....probably a good opportunity for those in the know to pick up cheap shares .As acta points out ,the company looks like it is on the cusp.interesting to see how this pans out.Gas to benin 2015 and the malta deal looks like it could deliver 18 years of earnings ,no wonder no figures have been made public on the malta deal.any thoughts? | ![]() bronislav |
