07/10/2014 09:24 | Bronislav, I agree with Gasol having the potential to become a mid-sized company, but they have yet to show any ability to progress their import projects to anywhere near completion. However I held on to all my shares. It's all gone very quiet with regards Electrogas, no progress it seems, completion date was set at March 2015, I think March 2016 is now extremely unlikely, with rumours the other parties involved (Siemens, Socar etc) yet to assign any finance to the project. My feelings are that since Gasol are not regulated by AIM, news flow will become less and PI's insignificant. | teraferma
06/10/2014 19:10 | Terraferma....I am guessing people are left with a bad taste although plenty bought in on the last couple of days before delisting ...my view is Gasol will become a reasonable size company turning over a nice profit eventually ... | bronislav
06/10/2014 19:05 | I take it no one went to the AGM | teraferma
22/9/2014 18:34 | Some updates on the two projects from the end of year report. Particularly like the last paragraph on further projects. In West Africa, the project of delivering LNG to the port of Cotonou for regasification and further export through the West African Gas Pipeline (“WAGP”) has achieved a major commercial milestone with the signing of a full Gas Supply Agreement with the major power generation company in Ghana, the Volta River Authority. The daily contract quantity under the Agreement is 100 mmscfd. Gasol has also already negotiated a Gas Supply Agreement with the Communaute Electrique du Benin and Togo, with a daily contract quantity of 60 mmscfd. These are obviously key steps for the project, but good progress has also been made in negotiating the supply of LNG and arranging financing. The next big milestones will be to obtain the concession in the port of Cotonou from the Authorities in Benin, and this is expected to occur before the end of 2014. The project in Malta, in which Gasol participates in and leads an international consortium, is to deliver and regasify LNG in order to supply gas to both an existing power plant and to a newly constructed power plant built by the same consortium. This project has also progressed significantly with pre-engineering works having started and Financial Close expected towards the end of 2014. Gasol has also submitted significant bids for LNG import projects in different parts of the world. These bids, which are under evaluation by the different authorities, demonstrate the Company’s capacity to arrange, lead and structure competitive projects. A | teraferma

01/9/2014 13:32 | LNG World News Staff, September 1, 2014; Image: Gasol The Volta River Authority of Ghana is about to sign gas supply agreements with four companies to meet the demand for gas needed for the running of its thermal plants. The four companies are ND Western, Network Oil, Constant Capital and Sahara Oil, reports B&FT. A long-term gas supply deal has also been agreed with Gasol. Under the agreement Gasol will forward LNG received from Nigeria to Ghana, that needs gas to power its largest electric power generator. It has been agreed that Gasol should supply 100 million standard cubic feet of gas per day. These deals have been seen as a major boost as the electricity demand rises. “We have already signed the memorandum of understanding with them, and we are close to signing the gas sales agreement with the companies,” Mr. Samuel Fletcher, VRA’s Head of Corporate Communications, told the B&FT. NGas, made up of Chevron, Shell and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), has a gas supplier agreement with Ghana to supply 120 million standard cubic feet of gas per day. However, gas supply via the West African Gas Pipeline has seldom met the contractual volume. Supply over the past week has been hovering around 50 million standard cubic feet down -- from around 80 million six months ago. | teraferma
19/7/2014 13:32 | I get the impression that funding will be announced very shortly, which will lead to the Malta project commencing. First LNG shipment to Benin due in 18 months, you never know, it could all be worth the pain of the last 3 years.. I remain pretty hopeful that Gasol will take off. The potential is there for Gasol to develop into a sizable company. I managed to purchase some on Thursday at 5.5p and sold half on the spike at 10p. I will tuck the others away for 3-5 years and hopefully then they will be worth a fair bit then, a "bit of a punt" it is fair to say. | teraferma
19/7/2014 06:21 | Thanks terraferma for that .....I wanted to buy some last week as I have been invested before ....Poor show by the company because I think they are on the verge of putting all the pieces together. | bronislav
19/7/2014 06:00 | Bronislav I asked the question to the company see EW's reply below. Although they did mention that their register would remain open after cancellation "The circular also points out that following delisting, there will be no facility to buy or sell the company's shares on AIM or any other exchange. If you wish to sell your shares in the future, you would first have to find someone to buy them." | teraferma
18/7/2014 18:48 | The shares can still be traded if the first rns is to be believed .Gasol also gave the broker. | bronislav

18/7/2014 07:17 | MM's playing a good game this morning. Looks like a few want in before cancellation at eod today, they are making them pay a premium. | teraferma
17/7/2014 16:32 | buggy, You will have to sell the GAS shares in your ISA, leave or use the proceed money in the ISA wrapper and then buy the stock before delist in the usual way asking for the certificate to be sent to you. That way you retain the ISA's last top-up but you obviously have to invest more money outside the ISA to buy the new shares. | coincall |
