14/1/2023 14:58 | Thank you rivaldo for your valued comments. I agree with you that long term GAN could be a big winner. We all know that Stock Markets can be inefficient and I sense that Gan has serious potential at the current price. | ![]() coyy

13/1/2023 17:11 | Hi rivaldo, does not the $42M of cash also include the $30M loan GAN took out? I've always assumed it was included, hence making the cash figure not quite so rosy. With regards the uplift in the share price, I put it down to the fact GAN is clearly worth more than $80M and the market has finally begun to realise it. They felt it wasn't going to go much lower than $1.20, hence it was time to get back on board with small downside risk and massive upside potential. The ex-CEO of CoolBet clearly thought so with his judicious purchase in the $1.30s. His view is that CoolBet alone is currently worth $400M, i.e. 5 times the current $2 share price of GAN. | ![]() daveme
13/1/2023 15:27 | Hi COYY. I'd love to be of more assistance, but frankly I've got no idea! The m/cap here is now only $85m or so, which given valuations in the USA is peanuts, and GAN had almost $42m of cash at the end of September's Q3. The share price does seem to be on the up - now through $2 - despite Q4's guidance being suspended. Short term trends will presumably be influenced by the "wide range of potential outcomes" possible from Q4. It looks like the World Cup broke all records, so perhaps the Q4 outcome will be favourable? Long-term I still believe GAN could be a big winner, certainly from here! But Smurfit still has to prove he can bring in profitability and consistency without banana skins..... | ![]() rivaldo
12/1/2023 18:00 | My sincere thanks to harry the haddock for a very clear summary of what has gone wrong at GAN over the last 2/3 years. The post from molatovkid is useful as it certainly suggests that the ex Coolbet CEO sees value in Gan. Rivaldo I would love to hear your take on the share price which seems as if it might have bottomed? | ![]() coyy

11/1/2023 19:47 | COYY - if you can get Rivaldo to comment then that might be your best bet. FWIW, IMHO, the management , ever since the U.S. listing, has had an innate ability to mismanage what should be a rock solid business. You have to seriously wonder whether Dermot has suddenly found himself completely our of his depth. It's epitomised by the totally incompetent CFO Flores, who departed 2 years too late, but with $700,000 as a reward for her ineptitude. The business itself has changed - the patent isn't worth a candle, and we've only been saved by buying Coolbet. Gan ,to all intents and purposes, lives or dies by Coolbet and is no longer B to B ,but is really a South American betting company. That said Coolbet is doing well, and there are just 1 or 2 signs in the last 3 months, that Dermot has started to appoint people who know what they are doing. I'm sitting on a huge loss and can't afford to sell, so am just hanging on and hoping a corner has been turned | ![]() harry the haddock
11/1/2023 14:17 | On 11th June 2020 I sold GAN at around $19.65 for a profit of just under £22,000 holding just 2,500 shares. It was an amazing trade over a relatively short period and now at $1.72 I am very tempted to buy back but being a US share I find doing my research that bit harder. I just wondered what the current thinking is on this Board from those who follow the share closely. It does seem cheap but is it cheap for a reason!! | ![]() coyy

02/1/2023 10:29 | Very bullish news from Silverback but not one single financial fact. GAN's share price has been a humungous disaster, nothing less, and GAN need to prove 1. They back their strategy to significant profitability, & 2. They understand that PROFIT is the name of the game, 3. not endless expansion and jam tomorrow. So far, the smurf has faked, and failed lamentably. | ![]() napoleon 14th
28/12/2022 11:52 | Mergers with other companies are not always a smooth sailing process, however, Silver Following GAN&r Looking more deeply at the hiring process, something which was a main focus upon the acquisition completion, the studio’s Founder noted that although setting up new processes and getting people to work in different ways was a challenge, it took this task “very seriously”.&nb He noted: “We took this challenge very seriously, and now have the foundations to ramp up growth during the coming 12 months. Operating the business under the GAN banner has been game-changing – it’s allowed us to scale at pace and deploy our games with big-name operators in global markets. “Silverback has a long and successful future as a part of the GAN organisation.” One of the main questions through any integration/acquisit Of these nine slots, three have been released via Relax Gaming’s Silver Bullet program, an alliance formed in January of this year, with the remaining six set to debut in the US, Canada and Italy in coming weeks. Silverback’s Founder added: “Without being a part of GAN, we would simply not have been able to increase game production to such an extent, nor would we have been able to so easily launch our games in markets such as the US, Canada and Italy.” Taking a step back to the first few days/weeks of the newly formed merger, Di Guisto reflected that, though the company is “very much on track” with the expectations set out at the time of the deal, the early hiring stages were “a bit difficult”, pointing to the skills and talent shortage in the wider industry. He also revealed that the bedding in period took time with the team needing to start working together as “a unit” to deliver “quality games at pace”. However, once the team had found its feet, Di Guisto exclaimed “there’s been no stopping them” with Silverback actually “over-deliveri “We’d conservatively planned to deliver seven games throughout the year, but ultimately managed to produce nine instead,” he stated. Reminiscing on the highlights of 2022, the Silverback Founder expressed his joy at finally being able to release games again, following an 18-month hiatus between the release of its third game, The Golden Sail, and fourth title, Golden Calaveras. “It felt really good to be back at it, especially considering that every single one of our releases has topped the previous one in terms of performance,” Di Guisto continued. “Our games are getting into more operator lobbies and players are playing for long periods of time. “This has been a great metric to highlight this continual performance improvement from one game to the next. “We also had an amazing team-building experience in June where the entire team got together in the Bulgarian countryside for a few days. I know for a fact everyone really enjoyed it and is looking forward to doing it again next year.” Casting its gaze into the new year, Silverback confirmed that it will have an “avalanche&rdq He also hinted at future movements, both in jurisdictions and with operators. He concluded: “We’re also exploring other jurisdictions and looking forward to releasing our games with the new operators which GAN is signing up via its Super RGS strategy. “We have some very innovative features in terms of mechanics, we’re developing our own progressives and have a number of game series coming up. “All in all, we should deliver around 22 games next year, half of which are already in production, so we’re really excited for people to see what we’ve been working on | ![]() epicsurf

21/12/2022 19:24 | bskiny1, I think they only made one purchase and I'm not sure that was through the market. The price they paid seemed to bear no relation to the share price at the time of the announcement. I did wonder whether one of their mates wanted to sell a chunk of shares and that was what was bought! In any event, the share buyback authorisation has now lapsed. On a different note, however, has anyone found out the outcome of yesterday's patent hearing. Reading the BloombergLaw entry it appears the court has agreed with MGM that GAN has failed to make a case for infringement. GAN has 30 days to appeal but I can't see that working if they failed to make a case in the first place. | ![]() daveme

16/12/2022 17:05 | Today's announcement with regards WynnBET definitely sounds excellent. The way I read it is that WynnBET will be using GAN Sports (i.e. Coolbet) for all its new sports betting applications going forward, both retail and online. That sounds massive, in particular if the various new GAN Sports powered applications are successful then I see potentially one or more of WynnBET's existing mobile sports applications being transitioned to GAN Sports, i.e. even more revenue for GAN. The ex-CEO of Coolbet purchased of $500K worth of shares definitely seems well timed. A director purchase in all but name. | ![]() daveme |
