Well I think this morning has started the tone for the rest of the week. Short signal will confirm now, Boring and disappointing. Oh well interesting though that we will go into ER deflated, usually it's the other way around. Might well get a boost on ER day now rather than the usual sell off,

Looks like GAN is definitely out of favour at the moment. Positive news and the price moves down. The results on March 25th need to be good to change investor sentiment.

Doing some research on the quiet period...

"While the formal quiet period regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) comes with clear guidelines and regulations, informal quiet periods (e.g., those at the end of each quarter) are far less defined, and variation exists in how much (or little) a company communicates with investors and analysts."


They chose not to announce Coolbet until earnings were reported and quiet period was over. If no one on any of the 3 GAN chats I'm on has yet to figure out who is supplying WYNNBET in Virginia, I don't think it's fair to rule GAN out. Dave, Noujay, rivaldo? Anyone? Does anyone know who provides wynn in virginia?

Some more good positioning for GAN in Arizona although it means they aren't in a closed period therefore they presumably are not supporting Wynn in Virginia

They don't get as much as casino but they still get a slice. 10% of GAN total Revenue from January 1 2020 to September 2020 was FanDuel sports.

Mets, I don't think GAN gets much from the sports betting side other than player account management stuff since the sports betting is handled by GAN's associated sports betting partner selected by the client, hence the reason I tend to only look at the igaming figures.
