23/4/2018 19:06 | Agreed. Underwater but looks very cheap if the US is getting closer to regulation in more states | trentendboy
23/4/2018 13:59 | The spate of good news seems to have finally cleared sellers out of stock. Amazing to think that this had a £75m market cap on IPO. GAN are now in a far superior position, despite the m/cap now being only £21m, with high recurring income and huge growth potential, whilst not being dependent any more on large one-off licence sales - which could still happen. | rivaldo
23/4/2018 10:55 | Good to see some positive movement today. | noujay
23/4/2018 08:25 | I can sell 50k at 29.5p but the max I can buy is 20 shares at 30p!! | mylands
22/4/2018 09:34 | A pretty busy week for GAN. As we move towards a decision on PASPA and increased real money revenues this one is looking very interestingly placed. The establishment of the Israel marketing office presumably ties in with the real money partnerships that GAN has which are starting to monetise and contribute around now. | noujay
20/4/2018 16:06 | Quality appointment | busterdog2
20/4/2018 10:04 | once a few US states regulate gambling....the damn will burst and GAN with first mover advantage could really take off | molatovkid
19/4/2018 15:53 | Investors Chronicle have published a review of the UK gambling sector - although they also mention that Paddy Power Betfair is the leading online operator in the UK and Australia. I think the last sentence of their summary is of interest, and is relevant to GAN. Here's the summary:- "Diversity and scale are becoming increasingly important to the gambling industry. Recent consolidation in the market would suggest that the UK-listed gambling companies agree. They need to be spread across multiple geographies and modes of play to withstand any regulatory shocks within a single market. Transforming into an online pure-play isn't necessarily the only option, but the companies best placed are those that don’t rely too heavily on retail estates - and have an established and growing presence online. Younger people may be less keen on heading out to a casino on an evening out, but this digitally-minded generation could be more likely to gamble online" | alan@bj
19/4/2018 11:11 | Here's the beginning and conclusion of Liberum's latest note FYI: "Positive contract news in Italy and the USA BUY Target price 79p| Published price 28p | This week GAN has announced further market share gains in Italy and a key extension with Paddy Power Betfair in New Jersey. Both of these deals support forecasts. The outlook for GAN looks increasingly underpinned by the increasing pace of US regulation for real-money Casino and potentially Sports betting in the US." "Target Price 79p FY18 will reflect the investment in launching real-money platforms for major clients in the US and Europe, as well as a couple of customer wins in Simulated, and translates into FY18 EBITDA of £1.7m. Our FY19 forecast shows the ramp of US real-money as well as move into profit for the on-line casino partnership with Chickasaw Nation (owners of WinStar the world’s largest casino). Adding in assumptions for simulated (19 live Casino groups) drives our forecast Group revenue up nearly 60% to c£23m and EBITDA of £6m (pre-tax profits of £0.6m)." | rivaldo
18/4/2018 23:11 | Liberum today retained their Buy and 79p target. | rivaldo
18/4/2018 08:04 | Keeping it coming, nice to see news flowing out and this is an important piece given the likely change of climate in the US | noujay
18/4/2018 07:31 | Good news yesterday and now today too. Today's extension is particularly important as it shows a high degree of confidence in GAN's performance and systems from Paddy Power Betfair. I wonder if the prospect of the renewal of the New Jersey agreement has been holding the share price back? If so we may see some movement here today: "GAN extends iGaming deal with Paddy Power Betfair in New Jersey Multi-year Extension by Key Client of GAN's iGaming Platform Services London & Dublin | April 18, 2018: GAN plc ("GAN" or the "Company") a leading B2B supplier of Internet gaming enterprise software-as-a-servic Paddy Power Betfair Plc and GAN collaborated in 2013 to launch www.BetfairCasino.co Management Commentary Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented: "We're privileged to renew and extend our agreement with Paddy Power Betfair in the United States, one of the largest Internet sports betting and gaming operators in the world today. Our respective teams have performed well over an extended period in order to establish BetfairCasino.com as the leading independent Internet casino in New Jersey. We look forward to continued shared success." Kip Levin, CEO of Betfair US commented: "BetfairCasino.com offers a unique iGaming product experience for customers in New Jersey. The extension of this agreement is a reflection of GAN's flexible technology system, 'can-do' attitude and their overall commitment". | rivaldo
17/4/2018 08:06 | Very low liquidity indeed here but that will start to come with more visible progress and also with a US listing which has been mooted. | noujay
17/4/2018 07:53 | Moving in the right direction. Wont be adding as I was offered significantly below the bid for less than a grands worth in a dummy sell the other week. Refuse to lock my money into a share where I can't sell. | phowdo
17/4/2018 07:46 | Keeps neatly moving along, as should the price | noujay
17/4/2018 07:34 | Another solid brick in the wall this morning ! | molatovkid
09/4/2018 16:52 | Forgot this was coming but looks very good to me. All the metrics moving in the right direction and significantly too, following on from the positive results. They've been talking about a dual listing and attracting US investors for some while now as presumably they feel the general understanding of that gaming market (ie casino based) will be greater. This is a key year for GAN, even without accounting for PASPA repeal potential, if they continue on this trajectory. | noujay
09/4/2018 15:03 | Just re-read the RNS and this line caught my eye.... 'Today's update allows the US and global institutional investment community to properly track progress of GAN's diverse business on a quarterly basis.' US & global....interestin | molatovkid
09/4/2018 14:13 | Too many people been burnt? | molatovkid
09/4/2018 09:56 | Heading back in the right direction, but it goes to show how little interest there is in the retail side of investing, particularly on AIM, a few years back this would move the stock significantly, these days no one person seems to pay any attention. Same might be said for the whole small cap sector! | bookbroker
09/4/2018 09:03 | Rather good Q1 figures there for both player days and average revenue per user. Excellent stuff. | rivaldo
09/4/2018 08:40 | First Quarter 2018 Highlights Seventh straight Quarter of growth in Active Player-Days. +4.2% Quarter-on-Quarter growth in Active Player-Days in Q1 2018 over Q4 2017 to 3,194,907 Active Player-Days. +12.9% Quarter-on-Quarter increase in Average Revenue Per Daily Active User in Q1 2018 over Q4 2017 to $7.55 reflecting strong growth in monetization of players of Simulated Gaming and real money Regulated Gaming. Dermot Smurfit, CEO of GAN commented: "GAN is trading at record levels, demonstrating the sustained progress GAN has made in developing our market position in the US focusing on real money Regulated Gaming in New Jersey and Simulated Gaming for clients coast-to-coast across America supported by substantial organic growth in Italy, one of Europe's largest regulated markets for Internet gambling." GAN continues its institutional outreach to the United States, where the Company conducts the predominant portion of its business activities. The expanded financial information flow supports the increasing number of suitably-qualified US institutional investors who engaged with GAN's equity story in late 2016 and 2017. This Quarterly publication discloses the Active Player-Days and Average Revenue Per Active Player-Day (ARPDAU), in which GAN participates worldwide in regulated real money Internet gaming markets and Simulated Gaming™. | alan@bj
29/3/2018 11:46 | That's good, presumably another note to follow as well.Strange no trades but this is so under the radar for most perhaps not surprising. If the PASPA repeal comes this could very easily be taken out. | noujay
29/3/2018 11:27 | Liberum say Buy and have today increased their target price to 79p (from 74p).... | rivaldo
29/3/2018 10:14 | it sounds like the patent alone is going to have significant value, has come under an unsuccessful challenge and confirmed legally | molatovkid |
