Personally I think the risk is reducing significantly and confirmation of good H2 results and going into improved profitability will hopefully confirm that.A contract announcement would be useful in between now and Jan.

The recurring revenues is for me the most compelling aspect. Although it has grown slowly, it is underpinned nicely by the nature of it's revenue so once the real growth starts to happen this could easily achieve a hell of a rating and capitalisation as compared to where it currently sits.

(And that was before the recent Pennsylvania news has effectively doubled their US real money Internet gaming market)

Given the fact that David Capital sold exactly 1m shares, and that the shares ticked up immediately afterwards - and this morning - it's likely they've now finished their selling and have reached a level that they're happy with, at least for the moment.

I notice plenty of after hours or late stuff here. Do trades on the irish market synch I wonder?Personally I'd like to see a dual listing with US I think it would give some extra puff to investors as clearly there's a lack of interest here. It's not an easy business to understand which may be why, but as it's US facing I'd think it has a better chance of getting attention there.

A 1m share trade at 31p has just been reported - I wonder if this is a worked sell which has been holding back the price recently?

We'll soon see, if any decent fresh buying gives rise to a mark up.

I'm looking forward to the January trading update to indicate H2 was in line with expectations. Once the business moves cleanly into profitability it underpins it nicely as it stands.The opening up of the US would then see it rocket IMO, or it could be snapped up.

Decent sized trades, all late reported here which seems to be a theme. I wonder if this is relating to being listed in Ireland, ie they typically arrive/synch later on.

Seems strange it hasn't shifted up a bit but there will be a few who paid more and want out after averaging down etc.Should be an update on H2 early Jan which should be encouraging on the underlying profitability, and with a bit of luck something in between re new contracts. Next few weeks IMO ought to see some steady movement, hopefully upwards!

As regards last night's RNS, since it was issued well after the close GAN could have embargoed it to be announced this morning. The price would definitely have been marked up - whether the mark up would have held is another matter since there seems to be a seller around.

A tactical mistake. Anyway, it won't make any difference in the long run and hopefully GAN will learn a lesson for bigger announcements to come.

If the online casinos can make a few quid they’ll ignore the tax rate, after all it’s merely a surcharge, is that on revenue or profit post expenses, and what is the tax rate, most likely varies state to state!

I would think it will almost certainly be reduced to some extent.As for the licences they should be snapped up as they are finite and cost wise it's a drop in the ocean as compared to the opportunity once it all settles down.
