Gipps, it might be more than that if my understanding is correct.

I think that Helium sold just over 1% of the company. Thus for simple maths at the time that they did it was more likely to equal £1m+ worth of share sales. However it does not really matter greatly to me as its quite natural that some investors will want to take profits after the run that we have been on.

I'm here for the long haul and expect spikes and blips along the way. The underlying investment case is as strong as ever.

Thanks to Alocasia on another board

UK investment banking specialist Peel Hunt has singled out London-listed games publisher Gaming Realms as a top small-cap stock for the coming year. After a troubling financial year in 2020 due to Covid-19, Peel Hunt analysts have chosen 30 top small-cap companies for 2021, covering 13 sectors with a median average market cap of £120m.…

Agree, the close on Friday felt artificial, i picked up some at 32p this morning. Happy LTH with an average below 20p. Looking forward to a TU and more license news. Will get good read across from a Gamesys TU and 888 if they land first, expecting Q4 to have been stronger than Q3 so that we exceed £11m revenues and the start of the year to have similar momentum on Q4!

Very odd closing session Friday! Was it because of a large buy order or to stop traders from dumping into the weekend!

Whatever it was we have buying pressure still & expect this to close strongly today, was gonna add here but added SNG instead. I will have funds next week to buy more here whatever the share price is at.

Be lucky to all

Edited post:

Cannot buy below 34p with IG about to pop...should of added some more here hhhmmm!

It was a bun fight on Friday to get some of these, so a real bonus for me to add a few in the 33's.

What goes up inevitably then goes down.

Hopefully it is just for a pause of breath before the next leg up.

Strong open!

Fully expect these into the 40’s and soon!

Such a strong rise and fully expect selling along the way but this is trending north nicely!

Brownie - you might be right but the reason is tosh, plenty of successful b2b and b2c operators out there. Gan are too busy with another purchase, actually it would be a nice bolt on for 888 (who are b2b and b2c!!!!)

I would not see Gamesys buying this. They are a B2C operator, not B2B.

Its more likely to be an Evolution or Playtech type IMO. Maybe even GAN.

I agree Adam with your comments. Need to value this on a 2022 basis and discount back. Just looking at revenues i have £11m for FY2020, growing 30%pa gets us to £19m FY2022 with further upside for new US states deregulating. Valuing at 10x revenue and discounting back i am comfortable with a valuation in 2021 of up to £150m. Lets be prudent and assume gamesys convert their loan in 2022 and therefore overlay 10% dilution so brings us down to £135m or 49p per share. Thats my target price. this has no takeover premium, i think £150m all cash would be a starting bid and gamesys are my bet to strike first

One things for sure here! On Friday every time they dipped the share price you couldn’t buy any with IG I am going for a break into the 40’s and hold at some point this week if not Monday!!!

Hi Lanista

Not sure about a move to Nasdaq, but the progress and acceleration of growth here is very reassuring whichever market they're on. I was looking at the valuation earlier to try to come to a view on where I thikn this can get to. Current market forecasts are for around 20% growth p.a. for 2021 and 2022 which given all the announcements in H2 2020 is probably not that ambitious. Peel Hunt have barely changed their forecasts since early Sept.

I dont think its unrealistic for example to expect say 30% p.a. growth which would get them to c.£25m by 2023 and, as a result of the faster growth, if you then put it on say 8x sales rather than the 5.5-6x which it traded at last year, then a share price of just under 70p is more appropriate. 40% p.a. and 8x gets you to around 85p in 24-36 mos.

At the moment, I don't see the valuation as particularly aggressive despite the rapid share price appreciation so far in 2021. There's always the temptation to bank profits, but I've sold far too early a few times (FDEV and BOO are examples where the share price has got to c.10x my in-price) so intending to run this winner.

With 60% of profits coming from abroad, and the percentage definitely rising, I wonder if they will take the NASDAQ way or if there will be a takeover? With Pennsylvania in the bag, and Texas and New York already in the process of allowing online betting and gambling, with Texas even faster than New York, the next 18 months are looking very promising.

The close puts us over £100m market cap. I believe that to be a threshold below which many institutions might not bother looking at a company, so hopefully it opens us up to a raft of new potential investors.

I reckon this is going to be heavily tipped in this weekend's SCSW edition, hence the recent rise. If so, more gains on Monday :-)
