Mighunter you have lost me, care to explain where the capital reduction comes from? |
Large volume again today and approaching normal time of year for pre-close update. With capital reduction complete, paves the way for buyback/dividend introduction. |
Call me cynical but looks like it has been walked down to fill a order But I'm just speculating 2 trades at 3 million shares each |
Big volume again today with a trade gone through of 3m and the price now ticking back up. Looking better now. |
I'm assuming the scientific Games 5 year brand licensing extension is worth at least £1millon Looking at the 2021 accounts for Brand licensing for gaming realms and the scientific Games previous extension was may 2021
The significant £1.1m increase in brand licensing revenues in 2021 compared with the prior year is predominantly the result of a significant deal completed in the year. |
Always good to see volume. Thus sellers are getting accommodated. |

See that's where we disagree Paul. I expect them to beat revenue forecasts at the same time they enter 2 new markets and hookup with another casino operator in the US and it will get a push from Investec. MDoes depend though on gambling tax at home though and the couple of fund exiting stopping any move up finishing. |
Bet it wont punch through that magic 40 level. And you don't need slingo to tell you that! |
Yep there has been a bit of volume last few days, Feb the 1st was last year's trading update so getting close.Great Spot with scientific Games and posts From everyone Looks like igaming might be on the agenda and hopefully more states will Legalise in the near future. Wyoming lawmakers try again with new iGaming bill |
Maybe an RNS from a new fund in given the volume this week. |
New game Slingo genie gemstones about to go live.https://www.gamingrealms.com/game/slingo-genie-gemstones/ |
Virginia legislation in for igaming. Restricted to existing casino operators so would need to be piggybacked in, but good opportunity. |
Here you go, pretty good interview with the North American leadhttps://casino.guru/news/in-depth/ian-robson---in-2025--expect-titles-that-will-ignite-the-gaming-world%e2%80%9d--6564 |
Having a closer look it does seem the SG announcement was a lost opportunity unless there is something else due soon to tack it on to. |
I agree there is plenty of fluff in the socials, which I see more aimed at recruiting but also some good interviews giving a heads up on what is coming, which I consider more worthy of reporting. I also see a senior Investec analyst has taken some interest in the talent acquired in the sales and marketing teams of late, so I expect some input from both before too long. |
Peterrr3 - there has been plenty real news that they’re no longer reporting. Up until the middle of 2024, every time a a new contract was signed they released an update on LinkedIn. It was a great way to demonstrate momentum without any official costly RNS announcements. Now, their LinkedIn just churns out the company’s social calendar. This is clearly a change in strategy. Take the SG announcement earlier this week, why could GMR not highlight this news on their own social media channels?
I’m heavily invested here. I think this company has enormous potential but investors are switching off due to lack of excitement. The CEO needs to demonstrate some charisma and encourage investment. We know M&G are selling and must be nearly done but what are management doing to encourage other institutional investors to build a stake? |
Sold half on 100% profit over three years, because share price static despite news... |
Quite surprised there is no GMR announcement, similar to that from SG last night. It seems crazy that other companies are talking up our products more than the management of our company. |
Also GMR have released their usual bimonthly update, which details further expansion in the US and other regions.
Operators and Market Expansion
During the period, Gaming Realms went live with Caesars in West Virginia, and Horseshoe in both Michigan and New Jersey, further cementing its footprint in the US market. The Company also saw success in Europe, including launches with Casimba, Gentleman Jim, and PricedUp in the UK. Over in Denmark, Gaming Realms received its Denmark licence from the DGA, launched with Comeon and GetLucky, and strengthened its existing relationship with Danskespil by integrating with its casino brand. |
Scientific games have just released a news statement that they have renewed and expanded their agreement with GMR.

That's probably the best we can hope for ! |
Maybe they will have a windward moment |
But still not cracked that 40p yet |
