Does anyone know the Market Cap of New GFRD.With the £300M given by BVS,and the Construction arm worth around £100M,after the Linden disposal. So £400M assets divided by the 111,053,489 New GFRD shares in issue.Seeing no debt, and no Pension problem, that gives New GFRD a value of around 360p.Can anyone help,or enlighten me on the exact value ?

Amazing. I never expected to see 189p today. They'll be a few short trades on here I think.

‘Well capitalised stand alone contractor’ Debt free, I’m sticking with it for a while, I just hope management are on form and can grow substantially now fewer players in this field. Good Luck All 🤞🏻

I'm with YouInvest, no re-allocations showing yet.
My calcs on arbitrary 10,000 GFRD yesterday to today comparison:
Yesterday
10000 * 8.86 = £88,600
Today
10000 * £1.62 = £16,200
(10000 * .57406) *13.2047 = £75,802.9

Total £92,002.9
That is 3.84% inc at time of writing (assuming no adjustments required for divs etc)
and GFRDsp inc from 1.62 to 1.7676 whilst typing this, making 5.5% inc!

Do you fellow holders concur with my calcs?
Dave
Edit, conversion factor marginally different on todays rns : 0.5739521

Out of interest, does anyone have the new shares yet? I have the Galliford in HL but cannot deal and no price showing. Also no sign of the Bovis.

spudders,By my rough calulations with the value of BVS 1372p & GFRD 874p,atm,looking around 84p,for New GFRD,but it could be more come tomorrow. Hopefully a £1 or over would be better.

We know what the deal is with BVS, but what will the share price for GFRD after, seems a little light on information being disclosed! Held these since 2007 😩
