very unloved this company, as are its directors...

good news will of course change that.

Bird has gone quiet across all of his listed companies, nothing from BZT, XTR and GLR for a while now - all have had 'promises' of great things but the goal posts keep moving and new 'must do' projects keep appearing with the old ones being pushed to the back burner.

The thing is every now and then something material does happen with the juniors and you have to be in the stock at the time to benefit.

Out of the aforementioned anyone of them could rocket IF he delivers anything meaningful.

Thanks for your feedback sleveen. It would be preferable of course if Colin can raise funds in the form of a business loan, but we shall see which avenue is taken.

I'm fairly confident it will happen but not for 12 months. Colin's always overly optimistic with time scales, some might say deliberately so; I couldn't possibly comment.

I predict one if not 2 placings before the deal is announced.

Sleveen, what do you expect to occur between jlp and glr regarding the zinc offtake agreement?

Invested here 3 times, one loss, two profits.

Done well from JLP over the past 18 months. Though I think JLP are entering a period of retrenchment.

... wait for the placing ... Colin will have another placing coming up soon ... one of many to come :-)
... and I doubt he has even applied for the mining license and enviromental permit yet!

Yes that's what I am thinking, they are probably already selling ahead to get the price down below last time. As negative as that sounds, it will also give us an opportunity to pile in lower for a 10 bagger+

i'd go with Confetti Colin and his mates rates.

£1.88M market cap currently. Have some more money burning a hole in my pocket, add more now or due to delay will Colin go back to his mates for some more cash and give them special rates

News shouldn't be too long, and JLP have the money.

From The Jubilee update:-

-- Jubilee is actively engaging with 3(rd) party suppliers of both copper and zinc ore to develop strategic partnerships as part of the expansion of the Integrated Kabwe Operations

My immediate plan is to wait six months, if that makes sense.

What happens after that depends on what happens...

I think it's just a waiting game, negotiations and African bureaucracy can take a long time to get any results but it looks likely to be a formality with the licensing and Jubilee are going to be keen to get a deal as well so lots of upside from here imho if you can wait a few more months. In fact I'm probably going to add more once I take profit out of a couple other shares doing well for now.

Well, it said negotiations with Jubilee were progressing and mining is targeted for q2 2020 with some caveats, and it is those caveats we need news on, so you are correct, but I will be disappointed if we haven't made major progress towards mining by stated target.

The Half Year Report didn't announce any news, it was backward looking. When I say news, I mean news that has a material impact on the share price. There hasn't been any of that for some time.

Surely we are due news soon! It's not rocket science that the company is performing.

But yes you are correct, we should see news that raises the share price for a placing, but there are a few outstanding warrants which will hinder this at 0.60p but only 125m I think.

Actually, if we get green lights we could put forward a business plan and borrow on the strength of it.

The bully stealing candy from little kids does actually value his victims...he loves them cos they have candy!

Retail investors are there to be milked, and that's how this roulette wheel gets oiled.
