The flagship property is Glenover Phosphate (Pty) Ltd. which has a history of Phosphate production but is known to contain Rare Earths (REE). The REE discovered to date are contained in Phosphate stockpiles which in themselves represent a mining de-risk proposition. The company will undertake test work to design the optimum flow sheet for the recovery of a REE oxide concentrate. Significant potential exists for exploration of the various mineral types to expand the size of the operation and to this end an exploration rig is on site and airborne geophysical work has been undertaken. Galileo Resources Plc also has an option to participate in the operation and benefits of a quarry which is located close to major infrastructure projects in North East Cape.
