Well, you have done your homework.
Just one question, have they ever
turned over their shareholders, before?

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed how Paul Davidson takes his own team around from company to company?

Angus Monro Chairman and Chief Executive of Oystertec PLC and then became Non-Executive Chairman of Galileo Innovation before leaving. Backs Sense Sonic as well. Holds 7% of Cyprotex. Angus Monro is also Paul Davidson's neighbour! However the two are no longer friends I don't think. But anyway when they were...
Angus Monro on Paul Davidson: Paul is a rare talent, he is an inventor with an excellent business brain and we all look forward to continuing our working relationship Love thy neighbour as you love yourself

Mark Warburton A director of Sense-Sonic. Holds around 4% of the issued share capital of Sense-Sonic. Legal Director of Galileo Innovation. Combined Mark Warburton and Paul Davidson hold 23.26% of Oystertec.

Robert Long Another of Paul Davidson's team...Oystertec RNS 24/10/01: Since flotation, the engineering team has been strengthened with the recruitment of Robert Long...As a result of Angus' appointment and following completion of the Acquisition, Paul Davidson, Robert Long and Andy Evans will step down from the Board. Paul Davidson will continue to act as a technical consultant to the Company. Engineering Director of Galileo Innovation. Formerly Engineering Director of Oystertec. Technical Director of Sense-Sonic. Former Non Executive Director of Cyprotex...but Robert resigned.

Paul Davidson Founder of Oystertec. Chief Executive of Galileo Innovation. Substantial Shareholder of Sense-Sonic. Director of Sense-Sonic. Former director and principle shareholder of Cyprotex.

Sir Anthony Jolliffe Non Executive Chairman of Sense-Sonic. Non Executive Director of Galileo Innovation.

I am sure there are many more connections but this is what I came up with at first glance.

Happy families?

Hi Tom,

Great stuff!

Robert Long 44 years old, Engineering Director

Robert Long joined Galileo in September 2001. Prior to joining the company, Robert was the engineering director of Oystertec plc and previously the managing director of Akustra-IFE Limited between 1994 and 2001. Previously, he spent many years working as a project engineer with a number of major companies associated with the North Sea oil industry.

Let's just hope that the results come this week!!!
Thanks

Hi TOM2468,

Who is Bob Long?

Nice to hear that results are actually coming. That could well be the first step to getting this company back on track!

Thanks

knopfler,

No probs...we're all in this together!

I have emailed Galileo Innovation telling them to get a move on and release their results.

Can people telephone the company and try to ascertain if they have any plans to release their results by the impending deadline.

Companies can release a proposed results date when the want it would seem. Proteome Sciences(PRM) announced proposed results date on 27th September 2002 and released their interim results on 30th September 2002. Proposed results date is not required though however.

Telephone Galileo Innovation!! DEMAND RESULTS ARE RELEASED!!

12 months ago this company had 5.5p cash plus investments. Now company supposedly worth 1.25p. I cant believe any type of fund anywhere has achieved that sort of performance (this company is, OK was, basically a VCT fund). Or even the thickest of private investor? The management have to be total idiots (and thats being generous).

Hi,

I think that this Friday, 28th March is the deadline for the results to be released before suspension. We're dealing with a 180 day deadline as opposed to the 6 month deadline. So 180 days brings us to this Friday. Therefore the last trading day could well be this Friday if results not out by then.

No, companies are not required to release a proposed date for publication of results. It is good policy to do so but not required. Therefore no proposed date is required by the market and so Galileo can publish them up until close on Friday 28th March.

Bad news often sneaked out at the close of play on Friday before the weekend. Bad form!

Telephone Galileo Innovation!! DEMAND RESULTS ARE RELEASED!!

look at the bright side, at least the board had an extra 3 months salary at our expence and if they're really good when this company is taken over for the paltry sum of 1.25p/share they can pay themselves a substantial bonus for a job well done.

watch out for the statement 'we believe that this deal is in the best interest of our shareholders' - that one always works.

No results!!!!!!!
Has it been their intention, all the time, to
have this share suspended??????????????????????
No floats the last 1/4 of the year, as promised,
and none the first 1/4 of this year.
Makes you think, don't it?

if the results are not released then next monday will be the last day to trade this share.

however, (and i will stand corrected if need be) they must release the proposed date for the release of the results at least 7 days before hand, so if we do not get a statement today, then they will definately be suspended next monday eob.

to complicate matters further they can suspend the share at any time between now and monday if they deem it approprate to do so. this i believe to be the most likely scenario if we have no statement to the contrary today.

No sign of any notice by the co. to issue the results.

Am i right in thinking that if no results issued this week that this stock will be suspended next monday?

I also hold in nominee account, no letter yet but haven't seen today's post. Spoke to my broker and he says that although you don't get company accounts for nominee holdings, you should still get letters such as the one about the offer.

We have all dismissed the flotations (myself included) due to the volatile markets in 2003. The markets and sentiment are improving, with the ftse slightly higher than it was when sense-sonic published this article on their website. (It's also only down by approx 5% since the RNS 5/11/02)

New issues are still taking place (this link is from the lse)

The stock price suggests the company is going bust - it may do,but lets also not forget the stakes they have in the investment portfolio (which may still float soon) and a takeover approach and who knows - they may also have some cash left in the bank.

If they don't go bust, and if they don't get suspended, and if they have an offer from an external predator then this COULD rise!!!!
A little more information from the company would help however.

Edit A LOT more information from the company would help.
