29/3/2003 13:33 | All this uncertainty, yet there are not many shares being traded. Are we thinking that the worst is going to happen? Why isn't there a big sell-off? | cappagh

29/3/2003 01:27 | grebo - 28 Mar'03 - 15:20 - 1583 of 1595 Simon Cole, That's probably a holding announcement from the broker that holds his nominee account. The tone of your message implies that your were accusing him of lying. I suggest you get a clue before you do that again. Lets just say I know different. | simon cole
29/3/2003 00:40 | why worry? well how about the share price? In your previous post you said "The company has assets in other viable and profit making companies" Im going to take a wild stab in the dark here and suggest this is a complete falsehood. More likely the investee companies are loss making, in dire need of cash to continue trading, and heading straight down the toilet. The current GAI share price would suggest this is true. And why are you suggesting the company is worth 3p when the directors are considering a 1.25p offer. You are losing the plot m8. | hugepants
29/3/2003 00:14 | The company can change accounting periods and extend the ist offiial period. Paul Davidson has been on holiday only last week - a Director with a reputation and large shareholding himself in the co 15% is unlikely to be phased by results. The accounts will be produced - this is not the issue. The issue I am sure is that they wanted Sensonic to float at or with the results and this is just not happening. As such documents will have been changed to reflect this shift in public offer. The co if suspended for not filing accounts will be relisted on publication. Are AIM rules as stringent as a FULL LISTING - NO - therefore, won't be suspended unless you can quote section of AIM Exchange Rules + Companies Act on this point? Why worry? This co will not go bust the Board can equally delay results until the take-over rules are complied with so as not to prejudice other bidders or the proimart due diligence exercise. P.s Why did you buy this stock? | cubes101
29/3/2003 00:03 | cubes 101 i can appreciate you optimism, but there is no basis for it. without the results you cannot be sure how things are going. | knopfler
28/3/2003 23:35 | and oh dear again! | he who does venture
28/3/2003 20:13 | Well we'll see so on Monday I guess, it might be positive! I think we should pay them a visit if it goes completely belly-up. | chaz99
28/3/2003 19:48 | Now clear £1200 loss......should have known this was a dead duck....que sera sera. | bigspuds
28/3/2003 17:50 | cubes101, i bought these solely on the '3 floats by end of Q4/02' announcement. we'll soon be in Q2/03 and i'm still waiting. what annoys me is that the company will not tell us what is going on, just absolute silence. then that 'stupid' offer which they are 'considering' but no details. why are they even considering it? contrary to what mr k suggests - i never panic, if i did, i would of sold long ago. but i do get very annoyed at being kept in the dark by companies i have entrusted with my investment (whether that be for a day/week/month or year). at the end of the day, they have not fullfilled their promises and to compound matters they have remained silent as to why. what you say may come to pass and although hindsight is a wonderfull thing, it is useless when looking forward, to look forward you need information/news/res | knopfler
28/3/2003 17:39 | Do not panic everybody. I am sure the directors are doind their best. Anyway we can only loose the money once. | terropol
28/3/2003 16:54 | Certainly is some doom and gloom here. Just sit and wait, it is all we can do. I still feel that this will not be sold for less than 3p. Only joking, it looks like it will be bagged for 1.25 | minuteman

28/3/2003 14:13 | -------------------- jgray - 27 Mar'03 - 15:22 - 1551 of 1580 That .25p was my sell order! I had a hospital appointment so sent the order to my broker, always traded within expected range before, now I'm going to question their actions. Don't panic because of that, I've been stitched up but they won't get away with it. -------------------- That was your sell order was it? 28/3/2003 11:36 | The Directors are all out at the moment - I expect news this afternoon. I would be suprised if co fails as this would impact on too many other "plumber+ team companies". The company has assets in other viable and profit making companies. This co will not go bust as to get back even sensonic's 1.5 million would equate to 1.7p per share. This is giving no value to other pre-float assets. The market is poor at the moment for floatations + placings. Do not expect this share to realise less than 3p per share. The Directors may bid as any one of them cvould buy the co - 3p per sare is only £2.64 million and tey already own collectively 30% REMEMBER WHY YOU BOUGHT THIS CO - HIDDEN VALUE IN ASSETS - THEY ARE ALL THEIR NO CHANGE SAVE FOR SENTIMENT. Paul Davidson openly shunned the 1.25p offer in the MEN day after offer saying co worth 20 million last year and will not accept 1.1 million for co but would listen to SENSIBLE OFFERS. say - 2-3p cash and a minor set of warrants over the unlisted co's. I am buying again. | cubes101
28/3/2003 11:02 | Same here - holding and waiting for news -can't say I've got the nerve to buy anymore also. | he who does venture |
