;) I don't understand these people selling 932 shares at this level at all!! If you are a small PI then this is the level to buy in at and tuck away for a 10 bagger so that you can make bigger gains with your next trade at a later date!!

20p next stop before 50-60p by year end methinks. ;)

anthony bolton and neil woodford....NOT SURE THATS A MASSIVE FACTOR..but as you say there should be more diposable income in second half and if gfrm can make 5p eps then these puppies should be 50p at some point within the next 10 months

Pat, good news indeed imo.

I heard a piece yesterday saying that someone in the finance industry has said that it is time to start buying shares again!!

I will try and find out who, but when you start hearing these noises, you know the big boys have already started and are looking for some decent gains to make up for the last 9 months or so!!

Hmmm! We could do with a list of the major shareholders and the amounts held in the header as I get the feeling a fair few of these are tightly held imo!!

LOL!! ;)

I expect movement, but not just yet. The issue is that when any good news comes out about so called "green shoots" this will move very fast.

We will be laughing about the current share price level in 18 months time!!!

Pat..

Given the current climate it's to be expected and i'm surprised they didn't sell a few earlier imo!!

We are now just floating waiting for the wind to pick up and will expect it to just move around this level now for a while.

Sorry, what I meant to say was that IF they could off load them at a fraction of the amount allowed and there was a pick up in orders from new builds, this would be a completley new story from their position right now and would bring forward all our expectations by a year or two imo.

They have had no choice but to allow for the full liability, which is a very sound thing to do as we know and it goes with out saying that the smaller the amount the better, so at a guess (for now) I think an actual cost figure of around £65-£70 million would be good news.

Let's hope the likes of Tesco et al come sniffing soon and we can rid ourselves of the old MFI liabilities as it is turning into a side show that is attracting too much attention for my liking.

lol ;)

pat, a bit too early to be looking at a forecast for me as so much could change in an instant imo!!

Get rid of some of the MFI leases at little cost and a pick up in new builds and it will be a different ball game.

Just another way of saying I don't want to stick my neck out just yet!!! ;)

lol, wrong thread!!!! ;)

I don't really like to guess as to the potential to claw back some of that £105m as it would just be that, guess work! ;)

Volume very low again!
