14/9/2016 19:36 | Definitely does count as a feasibility study. The full report makes interesting reading. Very quiet here!! | cast_no_shadow
13/9/2016 13:53 | This may be a daft question but does the economic study from 2014 count as a full blown feasibility study? Interestingly the study was carried out at a gold price of only £750 and it is now approx £1,000 or 33% higher. Plugging that in to NPV calculations and accounting for slight increases in their cash costs relating to inflation, you can easily get a 50% higher NPV of around £20 million. A nice uplift on today's market cap and that's based on a tiny mine life of only 6 years and approx £120k oz mined! | cast_no_shadow
07/9/2016 13:56 | Thanks for that Nobby. I'm confident of a positive result, and yes possibly big news today. Could massively reduce the need for debt funding we wil see! The big drop in sterling means the price of gold isn't that far from its highs in sterling. From memory the economic study was based on only £750 gold and we're at £1,000. Wouldn't have thought it'll be long before the company secures the necessary financing, possibly debt plus equity. Onwards and upwards! | cast_no_shadow
07/9/2016 07:36 | Interesting announcement this morning! Maybe the fund raising to pay for the underground mine will be reduced. The judicial review is scheduled for 27th-29th September although I have no clue as to whether it will actually take 3 days. Nobby | nobbygnome
06/9/2016 22:30 | Used to be invested here and followed this company for 5 years now. It seems like an epic sage with so much red tape and so many hurdles thrown their way, all while they sit on a high grade, low cost of production resource during times of recession and hardship for their local community. Has the company finally weathered the storm? Considering putting in a speculative position here, anyone got a handle on the date of the hearing this month? This must be almost certain to go in the company's favour. If it didn't it could be the end? Have there been many noises in terms of potential financing of the underground mine assuming they get approval? If they manage to build the mine in say 18 months their timing could be perfect in terms of gold prices. From memory they are proposing a fairly simple operation which shouldn't take long to bring to production. | cast_no_shadow

31/8/2016 11:06 | less than a month to go now - hard to see this being a real issue - one person against the good of hundreds but then you wouldn't think it would come to a judicial review either. Time to get this mine working properly! | bmw30csl
23/8/2016 07:06 | The hearing is scheduled from the 27th -29th September in Belfast. I have no idea if it will take the whole 3 days; you would imagine it could not take that long because it only concerns a procedural issue and not some fundamental problem. GLA Nobby | nobbygnome
22/8/2016 20:02 | Do we have a date for planning decision? | bmw30csl

15/8/2016 12:26 | Fantastic bowl forming from a TA point of view, which suggests 15 p is on the cards in the next month or so. Of course this times nicely with the court proceedings at the end of September..... Just IMHO of course.... Nobby | nobbygnome
