Posted at 21/1/2021 18:07 by killieboy commuter: Both offers "end" next week Tue & Wed but either or both could be extended. Both bidders hold a tiny minority of GFS shares therefore they will have to bid enough to get the approval of a) the Board and b) Shareholders. If I were in your shoes (ie unsure of what to do) I would sell up and move on. But.....in the end it is your decision. Remember a profit (however small) is always better than a loss and a small loss is always better than a large loss. |

Posted at 07/11/2019 07:32 by rimau1 Nice trading in line update, on track for 4-6% annual revenue growth. Stay patient and these re-rate on demerger or sale of the cash solutions business. I strongly believe it gets taken out and the update confirms GFS continue to evaluate 3rd party interest. Sterling strength is the only bear point but underlying story is strong. |
