I was expecting a shock warning and this should recover nicely from here.

Better late than never on the clarrification! Agree this looks cheap now, 10% earnings miss but the key will be the outlook statement for 2019, there have clearly been some contract delays or issues, if we get a decent outlook statement the directors will pile in and this should rerate.

There's a trade of quarter a million shares@33.66p reported just a moment ago. It's marked LRGS (Large in scale deferral). What does that mean?

Cenkos's forecast was 61m, adj EBITDA 12.2m and adj EPS of 4.5p.

Given EBITDA is 10% down I would have thought EPS is more like 4p.

Ahead of that update, the Company can confirm that it expects FY 2019 revenues to be approximately £57.0 million (2018: £44.6 million) and adjusted EBITDA to be approximately £11.0 million (2018: £8.4 million)...

This has a brexit related project delays profits warning written all over it. Company would have clarified if there was no reason for the price drop. Just like the grand old duke of york i marched up to 52 and back below 40. I will return when they announce an update. Smells rotten sadly.

Whatever it is, it's not general to the utility services sector. Nexus Infrastructure is largely unmoved. Both recovered in February but FCRM has taken a dive since.

No disposals by the big shareholders either over this period.

Volumes transacted at various daily close price ranges during the decline since Feb15 are:-

Price drop is severe and normally means bad news.. shareholders are the last to hear. Glad im not in this stock. I hope i am wrong for those of you that are !

The forecast full year eps target looks a really tough ask. Comparing the estimate to what they delivered in H1 (about 1.7p - 1.8p against the eps forecast of more like 4.5p). is Dunamis second half weighted?

And then this may well be net cash, fine. But then put through the capital committed on pipes of 15m quid or whatever it is, take it out of current cash asset, and then look at the state of the balance sheet. Because of the mass of payables, it's not super.

All the talk of a lot of cash is is not really very helpful because net current assets are.....

I'm intrigued for sure... looking at previous statements, positive IC article in December, telegraph in January, no debt as of last statement, cash in bank, recent recruitment...

What changed? Government decide to not use gas on new builds from 2025?? Yeah but they got licence for EV charging points instead... plus old networks still need maintaining.

Confusing.. but happy to wait till hear summit.. certainly interesting.

Keeping eye on for now.. small position at 48p though... should have waited, lol

The market knows something ?Funny one to comprehend but I know what you mean.People selling know there's some bad news due ? Well they are inside then.The decline is very material really and on no news at all.Company needs to be record straight ASAP Perhaps they should bring forward the update that ordinarily comes at the end of March.7 ish PE here ?! And what, near 6% yield - what is the deal here ?
