I was in at 48p recently, the yield then was circa 4.6%, the dividend is clearly not providing any support.

I think we can assume the market knows there is seller out there or there is negative news on the way as a drop on this magnitude on no news is unusual even for a small cap particularly because the valuation is not blue sky projected.

There is discussion on the accounts in the thread; could it be an accounting change if they were being too clever with off balance sheet items.

With the very big price drop I would not be surprised if there has been a very big Share Issue at 30p to raise money to buy assets shareholders will be told in the coming weeks the share price will go back up if this the case in time

They might have committed £15m but they had cash of £10.4m and unused £20m facility so hopefully not an issue with adopting more utilities.

they had commitments to spend £15m or something from last update so soon gets spent and the strategy seems to be to invest in the infrastructure and then get a nice annuity over long term which needs lots of cash.

According to the last statement they had £20m unused facilities? IE no debt.

feels like a fund raising in the offing to me the way it has been moved down. Have seen it before where the price is marched down to the price they end up getting in the marketplace to place new shares. Wonder if they are raising cash either for an acquisition or to fund more investment in infrastructure assets

This feels way more serious. Half reminds me of how Accesso traded after investors suddenly started questioning their accounting

Likewise I need to look into the accounts here. Big payables and receivables, big spend on capitalised utility assets.

I'm down a fair bit now but on a v small buy. Will probably try and grab some more in the morning. Been quite a good time the last 10 weeks to pick up shares on all the big drops in the market.

Well they are still recruiting so all cannot be that bad!

Lack of news... let's just hope for a good statement when it arrives... hopefully in next couple weeks.

Personally I'm tempted to top up at these levels.

Please read my POST dated 8 March........enough siad from a company which holders its investors in contemt.

A share that has gone down by 100%.........all shareholders now need to talk to the management............its up to you or get out - take a tax loss and move on.

Watching closely here but not going to grab a falling knife. I wonder if there is a reason, yet to be declared, for the fall or just similar to a few of my other holds suffering from a general market malaise?

that was reason why i invested here because of charging points,and also they have pile of cash (at least last time they had when they updated us)
