10/4/2019 16:01 | Is it as simple as every seller has a buyer... as the brokers ain't left holding them! | carpingtris
10/4/2019 16:00 | Someone just dumped 1.25 million shares at 29.85p at 14.46 hrs. Price rose to 31.95p after. What gives? | ronin92
10/4/2019 15:06 | Looks like overhang gone | pictureframe
09/4/2019 14:57 | So undervalued on key metrics paying a good dividend yield that's well covered. I want to add but waiting to see if it gets cheaper! | pictureframe
09/4/2019 14:23 | Of course there is clearly ongoing selling - I find it poor if an institution is dumping thru mkt unless of course they are unable to get another institution to buy or add to an existing holding. The head scratching continues with the current price action in my case. | value viper
09/4/2019 07:31 | Just saying due to the odd fall. Is it someone like Blackrock deciding to exit who may be on 5% and 10% notifications. I note last Feb they sold some and at other times. They went from 12% to under 10% but never notified re the 12% and 11% breach. Breach of 10% and they did. It seems to be that type of fall, a decision by a fund to exit, perhaps for reasons raised by some here. I've watched Blackrock use the 5% and 10% rule before. It was many moons ago when I rang them about it that I learned of the rule. It may explain the mystery but is speculation. Check of the share register would ID if a fund has been selling. Typically £350 plus vat to PIs for a relevant month (off the shelf) | superg1
07/4/2019 19:22 | hxxps://www.fulcrum. | carpingtris
07/4/2019 11:19 | Good to see the directors getting burnt figures like everyone else. Papers are full of people holding cash rather than investing and it is domestic small caps like Fulcrum which are not popular. If you look at indices this year the AIM 100 is flat and FTSE 100 has made a good recovery since 1st Jan | gopher
05/4/2019 18:26 | Still watching but not interested yet - needs to consolidate first. Could take months still | davr0s
05/4/2019 18:05 | I have dipped a toe today. GLA, duc. | ducatiman

05/4/2019 17:11 | ronin in my case i have cash isa and i want to transfer it to stock and shares isa in next tax year in the same bank , but hsbc said that if i transfer 20 k there then that will use my allowance .... i dont think she knew what i meant... really appreciate this info , got myself the number to hsbc ISA team and i will challenge them ,baseg on hmrc info, thanks | iceman82
05/4/2019 16:50 | I believe you have been incorrectly advised. hxxps://www.barclays "You are free to transfer previous years' ISA funds into a new cash or investment ISA and this won't count towards the current year's allowance. For example, if you have £18,000 in previous ISAs, you can transfer the balance into your new ISA and still have your £20,000 allowance for the current tax year." There are some rules specific to certain ISA types but from HMRC itself, they say:- "Where an ISA is transferred all the tax benefits are preserved. Investments and/or cash transferred are not new subscriptions for the purposes of the overall subscription limit. However, investments and/or cash transferred into a Lifetime ISA may receive a government bonus and may count to the Lifetime ISA payment limit. For treatment of the transferred amount in respect of the government bonus refer to the guidance on Lifetime ISAs." | ronin92
05/4/2019 16:43 | anyway i want fcrm to finely head north , maybe good rns could change the mood | iceman82
05/4/2019 16:41 | yes that what i thought..... i thought once the money are in the tax wrapper you move them freely and dont loose you allowance. | iceman82
05/4/2019 16:23 | Happy to take today over previous recent sessions! | carpingtris
05/4/2019 15:32 | But still price not rising. | scubadiverr
05/4/2019 15:12 | big volume today | pictureframe
05/4/2019 14:36 | You can only invest £20,000 in each tax year. | grannyboy
05/4/2019 14:29 | 11,111 (BUY) | turbocharge
05/4/2019 13:35 | If it's a transfer I would assume you can then add another 20k as you have not taken anything out... but you'd need to check! | carpingtris
05/4/2019 13:34 | Difrent question, if I transfer cash isa to stock and shares isa(lets say full 20 k allowance) will I use that allowance or can I still put another 20 k on top of that in the same tax year | iceman82
05/4/2019 13:33 | Your not wrong! I always want my best picks to drop so that i can add, lol, which is a bit counter-intuitive. They can only rise when I have a decent amount of each. | carpingtris |
