So good that total sports income from several providers to global sporting events/leagues will pay, at most, £250k p.a. in total to use the product.

And we have been unable to grow sports income for a few years, despite BS about "must have" and "market leader".

It may be a small point but there is already a Blackbird Ltd formerly Blackbird Technologies Ltd so neither name is currently acceptable to Companies House according to their website.

So our technology should be worth a lot!

Indeed it is although not a direct comparison of course.
We should be worth more imho but $200m is a starting base of valuation I would expect.


Our technology is too powerful for a small company like ours to fully exploit it needs a major.

The Blackbird company name change makes sense and the Chairman had to step down after predicting 2018 break even P+L figures and then ......

Not sure about the new chairman proposal as there really has not been any news pertaining to him, maybe he was limited as to his input.

An industry 'big hitter' would be a real positive to replace JI , only due to a conflict of interest.
Perhaps a woman! (They get stuff done)

The CEO has yet to prove himself (18 months) IMHO he seems able to build a team but not able to motivate them to sell the product.

FBT are associated with some impressive companies though (Microsoft, Veritone, MSG) and their technology (When used) produces a positive response.

The Video Cloud Editing Industry seems to be moving along nicely (mergers and aquisitions)but without FBT (Blackbird) which is a concern.
