Nice to see about of action here at long last, there must be news of a farm in or something else

While we watch paint dry here Bought GWMO as it could do a REM type rise in the next week

worth casting your eyes over GWMO.

GWMO market cap £3m of which £2m is cash so current asset value £1m.
Drilling in politically safe Nevada,
Directors have bought up to £100k worth of share each and up to a share price of 3p,
Drill results soon and JORC resource to be completed by july.

The directors are excited by current prospects and are targeting a huge area for Copper and other mineralisation that may appear in commercial grading.

Current share price 1.2p and with asset value of only £1m there is huge scope for a complete rerating in the coming days/weeks.

Results are anticipated next week

During the first quarter of 2014 Frontier has started to approach industry partners with the intention of farming out an interest in both Zambia and Namibia. As part of this potential farm-out process the Company has established an online virtual data-room to facilitate data review by interested parties.

During the second quarter of 2014 Frontier will open a virtual data room for parties interested in farming in to Oman Block 38.

They said they would raise funds mid 2014 so May June or July imho.

I have been taking a look at Fri since I saw a sharetip for it at 5p a few months back. Didn't get in then thankfully and still not in yet. So waiting on the sidelines and watching. Obviously this 2.25 level looks like a good entry point but not if there will be a fundraising soon at half that price! So when will know if there is gonna be a fundraising? Anyone any advice? Thnx....

But you are correct on the general geology but when JK was at Circle block 38 this was always the block he wanted.

The difference is the trendline. All the wells from Oman into Yemen run in a near as perfect correlation right through the centre of block 38. Frontiers cos is 50% compared to 36% from memory for block 36. My friend has seen the map and it nearly knocked him out.

I dont think Frontier have to do anything in Oman, the farm in to Block 36 by DNO Norway commits them to 2d seismic and drill 2 exploration wells, since 36 and 38 share the same salt basin for me this is a free ride.

Like I say the farmee will pay. I have told JK will not be pleased at the lies on a $15m fund raise.

When they signed the initial agreement for block 38, jack said that it will take two and a half years to complete 3d seismic and to acquire process. That was back in october 2012. Another year to go on that then.

they state that the company intends to raise around $20m.

The EPSA commits Frontier Resources to investing around $20 million on exploration activities during the first three years of the six-year period of the agreement. The company says it has since evaluated the available geological, geophysical and potential field data. Further, it has begun reprocessing older seismic data using the latest available technology. "This information will then be used to design a 3D seismic survey, the results of which will lead to the drilling of a well if a suitable structure is identified. The Directors expect to raise further funding in mid-2014 to implement the next stage of exploration in Oman which would comprise 3D seismic and drilling," the company stated.


A farm out for this kind of cash is the route being taken, however, there could
be a small placing to cover corporate costs and other asset appreciation.

Yes raise funds but we are talking small not $15m which is not correct and quite damaging to even mention it unless you want the share price to fall to get in cheaper. It simply is not true.

Regardless of who is correct, the company have stated publicly that they intend to raise funds shortly so I will go with that.

Well he is not now. I have it now in writing from my friend. A small raising but nothing in that magnitude. And he is not doing it now. He is concentrating on farm out of the assets. Maybe after shareholder preasure he changed his mind. Thus the farm outs earlier than planned.

Not at agm as do not live in uk.Rang and spoke to jack keyes in the last 10 days and he stated he was trying to raise 15 m and was in USA for that very purpose

I have also asked my friend to email Jacks email but I will not post on here, just want to see it myself. And as he is the largest shareholder it would not make sense.

My friend who has known Jack Keyes for years has it I writing, no fund raising on that level. And nothing on that magnitude. That was yesterday. He also questions why he has not seen you at an AGM ?

Broker I spoke to jack Keyes on the phone and he for one disagrees with you. I for my sins have 600k plus of these shares and am not a happy camper

There is no cash raising going on. That is a fact.
