Posted at 12/7/2016 21:34 by dice1950 Concepta Diagnostics reverses into Frontier shellCash shell Frontier Resources (AIM: FRI) has announced the reverse takeover of Concepta Diagnostics. Concepta is focused on women’s fertility and plans to have its first product in the market shortly. According to CEO Erik Henau, only 70 per cent of women fall pregnant within six months of trying to conceive. For the 30 per cent with unexplained infertility there’s a big gap between hoping to get the timing right during a monthly cycle, and entering into expensive and emotionally draining IVF treatment. Concepta has developed a test to measures hormone levels quantitatively. This means the results go beyond the ‘yes or no’ provided by existing tests which are benchmarked against the 'average' woman. The test, branded MyLotus, can track the exact hormone levels through a cycle and compare them to previous cycles for that specific individual. This should allow more informed planning and understanding of personal fertility issues. The product will be sold directly to individuals as a kit with three test cycles and a meter to read the results. A distributor in China has been appointed and the necessary registrations were obtained earlier this year. There’s a placing and open offer to raise £3.5 million which will support the application for European CE marking with a view to entering the market next year. Concepta will then look to launch further tests on the platform. For example identifying stress levels can play a role in infertility and testing for urinary infections would be a logical extension. |
Posted at 23/3/2016 12:05 by tromso1 Now officially a shell ready for an Adam Reynolds RTO. |
Posted at 07/3/2016 12:18 by ivor hunch TM's comment today:We now have official conformation that Frontier Resources (FRI) is dumping its oil assets. Great news. In Africa they are simply being relinquished. In Oman the former management is waiving any sums due to them (for running this company into the ground) and is buying the assets for £1. We will get a big royalty if these assets ever come to anything but since they will not we would not get too excited about that. Lets value the amount we will get from this at £0. If it is anything more we will eat our hat's. All that is needed now is EGM approval to agree anew investment policy and we are off. Documents have been posted. The vote is a formality. And than we expect Adam Reynolds to do a RTO very quickly indeed with a cracking life sciences business the target. That will drive a material re-rating of the shares. We are talking weeks here not months. As we explained HERE At up to 0.075p the stance remains buy |

Posted at 05/6/2014 12:14 by bones30 Interesting to see no mention of Andrew Grosse on here and the RNS of his resignation due to "due to a potential conflict of interest to concentrate on his other business interests."Not concerned that he resigned, but the share price started to drop straight afterwards. I presume he'd be under 3% so not requiring to notify but (from the admission document): At the date of this document At Admission Number of % of Existing Number of % of Enlarged Director Shares Shares Shares Share Capital Andrew Grosse 5,102,499 6.46 5,102,499 4.64 He had 5,102,499 shares. So I cannot help but wonder if he may be a seller and this is what has trashed the share price from 4p to 2p of late? I may be barking up the wrong tree, but given 5m traded the last couple of days, if it is him, then he might not have many to go given the renewed interest here. |
Posted at 09/4/2014 14:28 by bernieboy I have been taking a look at Fri since I saw a sharetip for it at 5p a few months back. Didn't get in then thankfully and still not in yet. So waiting on the sidelines and watching. Obviously this 2.25 level looks like a good entry point but not if there will be a fundraising soon at half that price! So when will know if there is gonna be a fundraising? Anyone any advice? Thnx.... |
