Endion he sold 3 million at 9.20 in the secondary placing - so basically 30 mil worth to set him self up as a made person on paper and in the real word! Look at the rns above. He retains 37 percent of the company.

Yank you are wrong that Braben sold £40million worth of shares. Show me proof. End of.

YH- Joy Hu is the wife of a Director and as such is restricted in the same way, hence the requirement to disclose purchases.

all it does is show how poor shares magazine is. It was a secondary placing and therefore the title ‘secondary share placing’ as opposed to ‘director deals’ probably isn’t picked up by those magazines and websites due to poor scalping algorithms. Here are the rns’s.

anthony16731, I believe you're wrong about recent FDEV director buys. Reports show only one this year and that was over three months ago. What there has been are buys widely misreported as from a director but actually by Joy Hu, a close associate of a director. The closed period trading prohibition you cite doesn't apply to associates. So if she stops buying now, it's not because of the rules. More likely it is because the £300K loss she's made so far is more than enough for her.

Nice to see elite dangerous on page 1 and number 5 of global bestselling games on steam At sale price. Chapter 4 has excellent reviews. Paid for content next year should prove very exciting. Dyor

Nevertheless - the actual reason we know this is because Directors are legally required to disclose even 1 share sale. The requirement for major holders is different - there are thresholds above and below which notification occurs. We have discussed on here previously that it's not improbable that e.g. Lansdowne have taken some off the table (either purely to take profit or possibly because of something like Tencent taking such a large stake - some funds have rulesets which would automatically be breached when other holders come onboard). Either way what we can say is that no Directors have sold recently (fact). Directors have bought recently (fact).

All directors of any listed company (incl. AIM) are legally required to notify of buying and selling activity immediately. Full stop. There are other rules about not dealing within "closed periods" e.g. 30 days before financial statements so we may not see further director buys immediately due to proximity of trading update.

The allegation does seem odd - even if he sold at the top of 1880pps thats 5% of the company. I think that would have triggered an RNS in itself?

Are you off your rocker? Braben selling £40m worth of shares? Time for your nap i think. LSE lists every director deal, notified to the market via RNS as is customary.

Your lies are getting more outlandish and desperate.

What website shows all the directors deals? The last big sell by management including CEO BRaben doesn't show on sharesmagazine.co.uk or any other site I can see, which is quite surprising since these were huge personal sales, nearly £40m.

I meant you for the "affect" comment. But you no doubt knew that. I think that the EU have been attempting to make an example of the UK since the start of negotiations.

As Skinner remarked this afternoon - the EU wants to hold up the UK hiatus as example to any future potential leavers......

The greater the dysfunctionality the better.

She thinks that delaying the vote will save her. Running to Brussels in a last ditch attempt to renegotiate. Brussels will throw her under the bus. Either way now its highly unlikely that the deal will be approved. It remains to be seen how that will effect markets.
