The advantage seems to have switched in favor of the longs, although I doubt there will be a rerating in the share price if or when this relists.

There now appears to be a complete U-turn on the legal case according to the latest court documents.
FRR now have the whip hand and it's in Mr. Hopes interest to settle as soon as possible and before the appeal hearing.
To re-list will take a good 3-4 months so holders are looking at July at the earliest.

And I wouldn't rule out the Judge making FRR comply with the mortgage terms.

FRR are insolvent (it in the papers but people conveniently forget to mention that LOOOOOOOOOOOLS), Hope is still on the board so they can't borrow from the NY chaps (not that anyone would lend to an insolvent company anyway), Zaza is a liar and a fraudster, he's misled shareholders and the market.


FRR is TOAST either Outrighder take the lot (if ANY value can be found) or the Capital Restructure is going to leave you victims with 1% of the company.
