Dear FSG Member

A further update regarding our work in the recent days:

First - we have now written to Zaza, in a positive and constructive manner, asking about the timing around resurrecting normal communications. We have reminded him of the concerns of private investors, and the implications regarding access to funds and loss of tax wrappers. We would not necessarily expect any substantive response whilst the court case is in progress, but we have highlighted the information vacuum that currently exists, and the impact it has on confidence.

Secondly two FSG reps (The Old Trout & Devex) spent around 60 minutes with Tim Thompson of YJ in London yesterday. We understand that Zaza and he have been in regular contact, and indeed Zaza was fully aware that this meeting was taking place. Naturally we neither expected nor received any substantive information, but it was a very positive exchange and we were encouraged by the opportunity to exchange thoughts.

The following is a resume of the key points we took from the meeting:

- The Court Case is of course the focal point and until this is concluded then there is unlikely to be any detailed communication. We assumed from the conversation that the financing is very much a component here but got no further information or timescales. No surprises there

- We highlighted the information vacuum, and the concerns that arise from this. We argued for at least some form of interim update - even if lacking in detail. We were assured that normal communication will resume once the Court case is concluded, and that to all intents and purposes they will then communicate as if listed.

- We understand that a mediated shareholder conference call is planned in the not too distant future

- We raised the possibility of a shareholder meeting in London. Apparently there is a concern here - and given recent events it is simply how manageable such an event would be. This concern is accentuated by the fact that at previous meetings (including the last Q&A) complaints followed to the FCA/AIM team from alleged attendees regarding a variety of issues - meaning that any form of open exchange presents a new risk. We guess that the TW/SP article just before Xmas was related to these events.

- We assume that the delayed AGM is also dependent on the Court Case being worked through

- We sensed that there is a strong intent to re-list - but only after the company has put itself into a considerably better position. We assumed from the conversation that this in part related to the ongoing discussions covered by the previously reported NDAs. We also believe that discussions with a new Nomad were well advanced but the court case fall out prevented this from being concluded. Again nothing new, but at least it mirrors earlier assumptions

- We got the sense that a consolidation is likely to be on the agenda and would probably take place just before or around the time of any re-listing. We got no indications of timescale here, but we also get the feeling that a London listing is still a preferred candidate. Again no indication of timescales.

- We talked about the BoD. The plan is to strengthen it after court case is finished. Quite possibly to include a London based appointment

- We talked about "keeping the lights on". As you would expect no hard information but they are producing and work in the field continues. We also sensed good support from suppliers.

We concluded by thanking Tim for his time. He reiterated that he is in regular contact with Zaza, and will relay our thoughts. Also that all at the Company understand the real concerns of shareholders. However the court case needs to be resolved before regular communications can be resumed.

We also updated that we now exceed 450 members holding close to 4 billion shares

Obviously anyone expecting more detailed information will be disappointed. However the fact that the meeting took place has to be positive and Tim seemed genuinely positive regarding future prospects.

We will update again as and when we can

Best Regards

The FSG Team

nomad cannot yet be signed up
Today 16:14

the way i see it a NOMAD cannot be signed up because of the fraud that has gone on , therefore when the court case is finished as long as its not too damaging for FRR or bankrupt FRR then a nomad can be signed up again so fingers crossed time !!
