If YA have done something irregular with FRR's stock then the company has a legal obligation to shareholders to investigate.

I'm certain a judge will side with FRR in such a situation.

I'm unsure if a judge will see YAs activities in quite the same light Loggy. That is assuming this case ever gets off the ground. If FRR have any dirt on Mr Hope and it sounds like they may then FRR could seek damages from Mr Hope. $30m in damages would do.

The big question is will this affect or delay the deal? If it did I'd imagine FRR would indeed sue Mr Hope for much more than $30m

High stakes Loggy and the market appears to be giving Zaza the benefit of the doubt old boy. Greed and fear.

As regards to WShak, this all seem a very personal for him.

I will suggest the situation with Mr Hope could suggest that a deal is weeks away now.

LOL, you do make me laugh. Assuming FRR do not have $30m down the back of the sofa then it is obviously a show stopper. The cross default has put Outrider in the driving seat. If there is any value to be had then they may end up with it all.

I guess it is safe to assume FRR have never made the full terms of the loan notes public?

The agreement is for the outrider debt to be paid back in 2020. If your reasoning is that YA have triggered a debt default situation which allows Outrider to call time on their loan early than that's a valid position if you're short. It's up to the lawyers and court to decide if Outrider has a case or not. Will this be a show stopper? I don't think so but obviously the stakes have just gone up.
The situation with Outrider could suggest that a Major deal has moved onto the final stage of disccusion.

If FRR's oil is not in the trainloads being auctioned, then 17,415t was produced in Georgia, plus any added to the trains before 11th April and after 20th September, within 2017. However, the total production for Georgia in 2017 was 32,000t, but just under 15,000t was produced by GOGC. Therefore, if the oil produced by FRR was not included in the auctioned trainloads, nothing was produced in 2017 in the trainload auctioned on 11th April 2017 or the trainload auctioned on the 13th March 2018, otherwise the production figures for the contractor's share would be exceeded. This proves that the trainloads of oil includes the oil from FRR. Also, most of the oil produced by the contractor's was the light crude produced by FRR, with the heavy oil in decline (see the statistics 1st block graph of the GOGC link). Now we have production of Light oil increasing from just over 10kt per year to 19kt in just over a month. Gotta love the bulls. They predicted 1000boepd and got YA default. Outrider default. Host gov arbitration. No flow rates. Run out of cash again. All confirmed in an RNS.

They're all still blissfully happy tho cos Zaza has told them super majors are gonna make them rich at a meeting.

Up to speed on that @fozzy. Looks like FRR caved in to Outrider after the court obviously didn't believe what FRR lawyers were presenting back in 2016.

The same will happen here. What I'm not quite understanding is why Zaza has let it get this far. Maybe because Zaza and Nicandros hold loan notes too?

In case you are wondering the terms of senior secured lending are very very strict. It isn't the case that the debts are in some way unavoidable in the way FRR are suggesting.

It sounds like just as in 2016 FRR invented a load of accusations to try and avoid paying.

You clearly are ignorant about the situation with Outrider and the games that went on there back in 2014/15. We'll leave it at that Loggy as I don't want to come across as out of my depth.

I'd also like to think that FRR foresaw Mr H's underhandedness and added him to the BOD with a view to shooting him down in this manner when they had sufficient evidence. If they have this evidence this could prove costly to O and YA and Mr H ! here's 'Hoping' ;-)
